1. Spacious rooms 2. On-site parking 3. We were a little late for breakfast and being vegetarian this made all the more complicated. But this turned out not to be an issue at all: despite some language barrier we had a very good breakfast and got everything we needed. Special thanks for the lady originally from the Ukraine who was amazing and really helpful.

Tiny lift

The room was really nice and clean, with new blankets and bed sheets, and there is a balcony as well. The room feels really nice and safe. I would love to visit again. We didn't have breakfast, but there were stringent rules about wearing gloves and mask for entering the breakfast room, which made me feel that this hotel is very safe. There also is an elevator, which makes it easier for you to climb up the stairs. There is a supermarket nearby (Netto) and it was easy for us to buy stuffs from there.

The elevator size is a little small (but it's not major, 2 people can fit in). The balcony was quite dirty, so I hope the hotel staffs can clean it up. The Wi-Fi got cut off in the middle of usage for a little while, but I'm not sure if it happens frequently. I hope the staffs can manage the WLAN network well. The area around was not so clean. You always need to ring the bell to enter the hotel.

Water pressure was unreal compared to most hotels I have stayed in. Beds were comfortable, rooms were very spacious. And the balcony was great for socialising. The tram station is about a 2/3 minute walk, then 2 stops to the city centre, which was perfect for our group.

Pillows weren't the greatest and the bathroom was a bit outdated

The room was clean and the hotel is nice; the tram is stop in front of the hotel and is going in some minutes in the city center. The personal was friendly and help me with all information needed

The room and the bathroom need some changes . With a different design the room aspect can improve for sure, but except this the room was clean and nice.

Breakfast and bed

Breakfast... No boiled eggs at 6.45 in the morning -breakfast starts at 630-.we waited until 715 then we left. The bread, meat, yoghurt, fruit and other food was good. We can even take coffee to go with us :) Bathroom was quite old but clean.

Honestly everything is ok with this cheap place. We went for Borussia game and this place is just 2 minutes from metro stadion. Room was spacious, so everything good for this price.

Very thin walls.

Location is very nice and free parking for the guests. Beds are so cozy and soft, could not be better :) And our window was to the back yard, which is perfect as we were with the little child.

the check-in went quite well, the staff at the hotel was really nice, flexible and helpful. The size of the room was perfect and the balcon is very large.

unfortunately we didn't have fridge in our room. the sound-proofing wasn't perfect, so we could hear some of our neighbours

The parking place is small and I did not find a place for the car. There is no telephone in the room to request any service

Nice big rooms, comfy big beds. Free parking for guests. Love the night lights in the room.

Cigarette tray on balcony was full, that could be emptied and all would be perfect.
