The hotel is located near the Neustadt in Dresden. In 10 min walking distance you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars in this wonderful district. If you arrive by car you'll find parking spots on the street wich are for free

The hotel is located at a main street, windows are isolated pretty well, but if you want fresh air it becomes quite noisy. The sauna area is quite small, there is an extra fee of 5 eur per person for the entire stay (affordable but not included as expected).

Not in the heart of town. McDonald's was right across the street. The a/c worked. Everything was clean.

The staff was kinda rude. Didn't offer the breakfast as an addition just told me I didn't include breakfast, ok, bye. The parking was a pain in the ass. The garrage is nice but to get out I had to push the intercom button everytime because their ticket system didn't work. The bed was kinda firm, ok for some but not for me and my wife

We stayed here just for one night and we regreted we did not book for longer. Everything was super clean, the room was very good size for 3 people with very comfortable beds. Bathroom had everything we needed, a bath tub with a shower was a bonus. Staff was very nice at the reception and everything was great. The location is not central but we travelled by car and we managed to find a free parking space nearby, normally the road parking is around 4-5 euro per day and the hotel charges 15 euro I think.

There was no kettle for tea or coffee. Everything else was just great

All the staff was absolutely delightful. We’ve been warmly welcomed and taken of. We came with our dog and weren’t expecting to receive a full welcome pack for him (Bed, bowls, trays and his favorite toy) ! The hotel is great, well located in Dresden, with many good restaurants only few minutes walk The room is spacious and well furnished Our stay was perfect !

it wasn’t really a problem for us but depending where the room is located, it could be loud as the streets are busy during the day

The room was spacious and we liked having a bathtub in the bathroom. Staff were helpful. Overall ok for the price but nothing special.

Location was not the nicest and a bit far from the city centre. No tea/coffee, no kettle, no cups, no spoons were provided in the room (this was provided at another NH hotel we stayed in). We got a kettle and cups from the reception, but it was a bit surprising to have to ask.

This is a big hotel in a modern style. Room was very well equipped. We liked the furniture design, the quality of linen. Beds were very comfortable. Convenient location in Neustadt allowed us to walk to centre near Elbe. We also used public transport to go back. Nearby the hotel you have McDonalds, pizzerias, Lidl supermarket, etc.

The underground parking of the hotel has 1.95m clearance, which was not enough for our SUV with the cargo box on top. We had to find parking in the packed street.

The room was comfortable, clean and exactly what was needed for a business trip.

I was disappointed not to be able to watch BBC World News on the TV but even more so, the opening hours of the gym. The sole reason for staying at this hotel was the gym. I met with colleagues in the evenings, morning exercise was the plan when choosing a hotel. I could have stayed at the same hotel as my colleagues.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating. Their staff was there whenever we needed them and assisted us on multiple occasions. The room size was good. I liked the lighting in the room. I liked the ambiance of the hotel. The number of elevators and their cleanliness was admirable.

The price was very high. In this price they should at least cover breakfast.

Restaurant in the evening was very basic, but the lunch buffet was better. Surrounding area is ill-advised to walk alone after dark, but seems fine in the day or possibly early evening

Location is in a silent area but away from the city center. Need to walk a little bit to the metro station. Breakfast is nice.

I was asked (and I declined) for an extra charge of EUR 20 for early check-in (like 2h earlier) which I found not customer friendly.
