The hotel is located very close to the tram station, and on foot, you can reach the city center in about 30 minutes. For payment, only cards are accepted. Clean room, nicely decorated. Cleaning is done on request. The breakfast is exceptional. Very tasty, diverse, hot or cold dishes, including vegan dishes. Excellent coffee. You can also have breakfast in the hotel garden (probably only in summer). During the day, in the hotel lobby, you can drink coffee, cappuccino or tea for free. Hotel staff very attentive!

All was fine. Original design hotel. Nice room. Helpful staff, coffee in lobby for whole day. Close to the hotel is a supermarket as well as good Greek restaurant. Tram station is also not far away. Definitely a I would stay here again.

Nothing significant. Maybe just that you have to ask for a bathrobes at reception desk, which I don't understand why are not directly in room, when this is in description of the room. Near the rooms was a piano, which is a nice decoration, but is not nice, when in the morning at 7:30 some guest needs to try if the piano is working. Maybe it was some child, however would be better to secure the piano against playing.

I love the concept of the entire hotel infused with music elements, ties the old ballroom with the youthful modern equiped space. The fireplace room and the teddybears are a delightful plus, offered me good company. The complementary hot drinks in the lobby are also perfect after a rainy full day of sightseeing. I found the staff also helpful and friendly. The gym is small but has a bit of everything and the machines are new.

Not much space for clothes, but for 2 nights it was ok. The room needs a trash can. The hairdryer stops working after a few minutes of usage, needs a pause. The view is not great, my window faced a hotel that was being built. More sizes for the sauna robes would be helpful (they go up until L-XL only); therefore, I could not use the saune.

I arrived late (around midnight) and the staff were absolutely cool with it — the check in was smooth The room was so comfortable (especially the bed) and I loved the boutique touches to the decor etc The staff were super friendly The location close to the centre and the airport is perfect

The aircon was not as powerful as it could have been. In the end, it was very hot at the time of my visit and I could have used aircon that was more powerful. There was no food available for room service when I arrived and I went hungry, which kind of sucked

Finding the hotel was the same occasion as to choose Dresden as one of our stops during our travel. We haven’t expected much from one night stop. Moreover we are spoiled with all the types of hotels (including luxury ones) all over the world in our past. I’ll be laconic. This place is just incredible. Probably the best cost for money I ever saw. Worth every penny. It has its style, it makes you feel comfortable, and staff is just great. We’ll definitely come back to the city and we already know where we’re staying:) Dankeschön

- the size of room is big enough for two adults and it is new and clean - easy to reach by tram - the music theme and the interior design of the hotel and room - the facility as there is gym and sauna - the air conditioner cools down the room in summer

- the brightness of room could be improved - there is an air conditioner, however the temperature in the room cannot get lower and it maintains only by 24°C-25°C, we were sweating with the thick comforter while sleeping, maybe can provide thin summer blanket instead

I love the room and the Breakfast - was excellent !!!! The beds are comfy but the pillows were a little bit fluffy - not so firm, but this is very variable from person to person. The room was clean and very nicely decorated. Love the style of the hotel and that you have karaoke in the hotel. We did stay in 1 room with our son just for 1 night, but we hope that we will come back if we will need to stay in Dresden.

We heard noises during the night from the street but that was because of where the hotel is situated.

The hotel has an amazing design which makes it really unique and pleasure to say. It is very close to the tram which takes you straight to the center.

Car park during weekend was packed due to some external parties and despite of the payment there was not even 1 spot to park. It was possible only after midnight... Also the lack of the main lamp was a bit troublesome as during the evening it was really dark in the room.

Room was very nice, clean and air conditioned. Bathroom was equipped to satisfy our needs - towels, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer. Breakfasts were delicious, there was lot to choose from. I'd recommend going early (8-9AM), to avoid rush hours. We appreciated the long time window for breakfasts (7:30-11AM). Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice distance from the city center (15 minutes by tram).

There is probably a hospital nearby, because at night and in early morning we could hear a lot of ambulances driving past.

Self Check in was not working properly as O couldn’t find the reservation snd it was necessary the receptionist intervention. Despite the fact that I did reserved two rooms on my name with booking, I was forced to make the self check in again on a different name for the second room. It was time consuming and disturbing after a day of travel. Good parking but a little bit expensive. at dome 12 euros/day
