Great breakfast, very well located. Check-in process went smooth, parking available on site. Also, please try to restaurant in the evening.

Rooms are quite small and I really don't like the bathroom concept, were everything is done from glass and you don't have a real isolation from the room. This kind of room will be OK for a single occupancy.

We travelled with our dog and we really appreciated the effort from the Hotel to make our pet feel welcome. Dog treats, a dog pillow and dog plates were provided in the room, as well as a door hanger to announce the precence of the pet when alone. Everything was very clean, the shower was very good, and the tablet provided in the room useful for looking into what the Hotel had to offer. The restaurant was a very pleasant experience for dinner. The breakfast was superb as promised. The staff were very friendly and eager to please.

The room was not so comfortable: small space with no privacy at all in the bathroom space, few and uncomfortable pillows, no fridge.

The location of the hotel is very good. They reserved a parking space for us in the garage. The staff at the reception are friendly. The room is clean. Perhaps in the future, they would offer the guest a refrigerator in the room as an additional service, or have a refrigerator with cold drinks.

The breakfast is very average and I expected better based on the rating of the hotel. One person of staff was acting quite unfriendly.An extra bed could be more comfortable.

We needed a hotel between Cologne and Aachen on very short notice, and this hotel fit the bill. Friendly staff and efficient check-in despite the late night arrival. Safe underground parking. Excellent room, comfortable beds. And lots of electrical sockets dotted throughout the room for charging phones, cameras and e-readers.

I loved the open design of the bathroom, but the frosted glass on the toilet door and the shower do not provide a lot of privacy if you are travelling with someone who is not an intimate partner.

It was the perfect stay. Room was furnished modernly and the bathroom had an exceptional shower. Air Conditioning worked wonderful when the evening outside was hot and humid. The restaurant was brilliant both for evening menu and breakfast

The park garage had a height restriction of 2.1m and our car was 2.5m including the roof box. This was not clear on the web page description.

breakfast was great ... an opportunity exists to extend the range for vegans... plant based yogurt /cheese/pastries perhaps ? Super friendly day staff

our first evening in the bar was a little disappointing....low key welcome and a reluctance to serve....the next time we had a more welcoming server. minor...no other criticisms

Nice small but very efficient bedrooms, with air conditioning. Very nice restaurant breakfast variety of food was good.

I have an Electric vehicle and the 3 charging station parking where occupied by non electric cars. Hotel say that they cannot block that space since it is a public garage. Second night one spot was free and I managed to charge the car, they charge 18€ per night for that.

- The restroom cannot be locked and the door is semi-translucent: you cannot see what is inside, but the lights can wake up any sleeping guys in the room

Nice modern stylish hotel, very clean and well maintained. Staff was verry friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with nice selection of food.
