The property was nicely located close to the middle of town. When first coming into the hotel one is met with an interesting display of antique furniture and cabinets. The hotel had that new nice fresh smell to it which indicated a level of cleanliness. Upon entering the room, it was impeccably clean and spacious and had two rooms inside with great looking furniture. The beds were very comfortable and even though the room was located on the Main Street, there was no noticeable outside noise. The Breakfast was very nice and the dining room was oh so nice!

Everything was really nice, so for me there was no noticeable discrepancies.

We actually stayed in the Eppelborner Hof, their main hotel, and not the Central Inn garni. This was apparently an upgrade, maybe as the hotel was not very full. The room was spacious and both it and the bathroom were spotless (super view too). Buffet breakfast as might be expected with a hot food trolley on the Sunday. On Monday morning, as the hotel was quieter, you could have egg and bacon on request. Very friendly staff and very good value for money.

There is no restaurant at weekends, though there are other eating places in the vicinity. There is nobody on reception in the evenings at weekends either; they have a "key box" which issues your room key by means of a code which they communicate to you in advance. (This system worked fine, by the way.) Because of this, it might be difficult to use this hotel for a last-minute booking. The whole place is now a little dated, though it is by no means "rough", the hotel is spotless and the food is good. The local Rotary Club meets there, which is usually a sign of quality.

Upon arrival we were kindly offered a room at their sister and more comfy hotel when we came to collect the key. Plenty parking out front and a lift to get you and your luggage up to your room.

Bit noisy at the street front, but with windows closed, no problem just a lack of fresh air.

I got a room upgrade at Hotel Eppelborn Hof. Which came in handy as they have a pub for dinner and the room was huge. There was a fridge and the toilet is separated from the shower. The staff is friendly and breakfast has everything you want. The breakfast room has a nice view and loads of light. The bed is firm. Strong shower

Unfortunately I got a room which was already reserved for somebody else. This mistake could have been avoided if the reception double checked. It isn't as quiet as I hoped. I could hear loud guests and street noise.

The best thing about this hotel is location and nice comfortable beds. Breakfast was reasonable, had all the basics or classics, but could be improved.

The pizza at the hotel was the worst pizza we have had in our lifetime, simple as that. As we travelled all day we hoped to have at least a reasonable dinner, but it turned out to be a disaster. I would say a rather important point in valuing the whole experience.
