I liked the location and easy check in. Furthermore the thermostat at the heating. But, the preset temperature in the evenig wasn't adjustable. See my comment below. The breakfast was fully ok. Friendly staff.

To control the heating you can see digital thermostats. Which are predefined. Which is good in general. It is not adjustable by yourself. My room 903 based in the groundfloor had two outer walls (near the parking entrance). For guests staying there it is good to know. Because the third company defining the temperature stoped the heating from appx. 21 o'clock. During my stay the temperature this night was minus 3 degree outside. Because of the groundfloor and outer walls the room was freezing cold in the late evening and at night. I awake because of the cold temperature. Ask the friendly staff, if they arranged the adjustment of the predefined conditions of heating.

Location was wonderful. Clean room, mattress could have been more comfortable though. Good choice of items for breakfast and plenty of each, very good coffee machine at breakfast. Efficient reception staff, helpful with booking taxis etc.

Only German language TV programmes available, not helpful when you want to be able to watch something at the end of the evening and Netflix option unavailable for hours on end. Corridors could do with more lighting at night.

One week in Germany, four hotels, and this was by far the best of the lot. We had one of the rooms overlooking the "bridge", and it was exceptional. It was huge, the beds were great, the room had coffee service (A BIG plus) and air-conditioning (also a BIG plus). The full service front desk was staffed by excellent individuals who did a wonderful job explaining what to see and how to get to the places we wanted to see. Included underground (free) parking was very welcome.

No issues what-so-ever.

You cannot live more centrally - the room is located RIGHT at the Krämmerbrücke! The staff were extremely helpful, check in super quick. The hotel has a very nice traditional restaurant with a garden - really worth the money and good service! The breakfast buffet was rich and tasty.

The area is a bit noisy - which is totally expected when you want to live so centrally - and as there is a restaurant right downstairs, as well as the river embankment, people stay there to chill till midnight.

A modern hotel at a perfect location, very clean room and a generous and tasty breakfast combined with very attentive and friendly staff. We will be back.

At the breakfast you had 13 varieties of cold sausages and meat, but only 4 varieties of cheese - the hot dishes were similar - this is not acceptable for vegetarians and the pancakes looked very much like "convenience food" and there was no maple sirup available - overall only a very old fashioned "continental breakfast" that does not fit well with the rest of the modern hotel

Everything! Perfect location, close to everything, great views of Krämerbrücke, lovely rooms, good breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff. Would totally recommend!

Bathtub is quite high, for old people or clumsy people a risk to get in and out or if (shower is there).

Beautiful character filled rooms overlooking the river, right on the Krämerbrücke, excellent breakfast and on-site parking!

No one likes paying for parking, but you don’t have much choice in the city!

Location in the centre of the old town is fantastic. Tastefully furnished rooms. Excellent breakfasts.

There is no kettle in the room for making hot drinks.

Lovely hotel in the center of Erfurt. Really great selection at breakfast. Quiet breakfast room also, away from the busier main breakfast room too - good for quiet start to the day.

Didnt stay in the main hotel building, historic building beautiful but no lift, lots of stairs so not ideal with luggage.

The staff was incredibly friendly and kind to our child who was jet lagged and running around the lobby at three in the morning. The breakfast buffet was spectacular and had something for everyone.the location was perfect for walking through the city and a playground right outside.
