The manager at reception was very friendly and offered great tips about where to eat in the neighborhood, and about visiting the nearby fortress at the top of the hill. I was also able to check in early the day I arrived.
I had to walk up to the fourth floor to get to my room, but the hotel is in the process of installing an elevator, so that won't be an issue in the future.

Staff is very nice and amazing location
The only minus in the hotel is the very loud sound at night time from a bar downstairs. It’s unbelievably loud all night long until early morning, the whole room was shaking all night, couldn’t sleep well.

Very kind staff, willing to give you any information. The common areas of the hotel are made with a special aesthetic that is probably liked. The room has typical equipment from another era. The location of the hotel is ideal. Down town.

I was a little disappointed that the reception closed at 6.00 pm and did not reopen until the next morning so that I had to enter via a separate entrance. Also the hot water took a long time to arrive - but it always did!

The hotel is located in the wonderful historic centre of the city with the town hall, the cathedral, and the shopping centre within a few minutes footpath.
The hotel is currently undergoing renovation works. It was a bit loud at times, but I believe it is just temporary.
