The breakfast was really nice, we were satisfied with it. The condition of bathroom is absolutely great! Very comfy bed! Location is awesome.

There was a smell of dust in the room maybe due to carpets all over the room. And also as the hotel is located in the very center of this town, there is a church right near it and its bells start ringing at 7 am and rang for pretty long time and really loud, so it bothered us, to be frank:( Of course it is not fault of hotel, but travelers may take it into consideration.

The room was very nice, even if it has older furniture (it is refurbished, it doesn't look bad at all). The location is excellent, the staff very kind. When I arrive near Nuremberg, I will definitely choose this accommodation.

The room is not well soundproofed. Fortunately, there is no noise at night, unless you are unlucky enough to have a police car or an ambulance pass by. Access to the parking lot is difficult and you cannot make a reservation.

The location was perfect. Although a huge festival was going on, the street behind the hotel and around the neighborhood was quaint and had numerous restaurants and cafes. The hotel was much nicer than we expected. Large, comfortable and modern rooms.

Breakfast was not great. There was everything there and the Lady serving was lovely, however, the coffee and eggs were not very good. Our room was on the ground floor by the parking. We appreciated no stairs and the fact that the room stayed cool (no AC), but found there was a lack of privacy.

Personell allowed me kindly to check in after 22.00, and a lady at reception gave me a teeth brushing set as I didn’t have any with me. Was very appreciated. Staff is exceptionally nice!

The hotel certainly needs some renovation and upgrades. No mini bar although it says mini bar is there in the room.

Our room was at the back of the hotel and very quiet. The staff responded quickly when I messaged to say we’d arrive abit later than planned. The breakfast was excellent.

It’s located on one of the more main roads in the town, which might be noisy in the summer if you have a room at the front. But noise wasn’t a problem in our experience.

This is a very easy question. I liked everything. The room, the shower, the staff, the breakfast, the location is great, near enough to Nuremberg but not too near to be overly expensive. Erlangen is great place with loads to do. I stayed at this hotel in 2018, I new what to expect and it delivered, would highly recommend this hotel.

A bit stark, city noise

Terrific location. Easy to walk everywhere. The hotel was very traditionally German. Clean and comfortable.

The elevator is small, but we used the stairs except when hauling a suitcase, so it wasn't an issue.
