The hotel is located about 10mins walk from the Main train station which makes its location pretty central. The room itself was a bit small but fine as my only purpose was to sleep there as I was away the entire day. The bathroom is pretty small and I believe they somehow carved it out to put it there in the room. At the end it fulfilled its purpose. The entire staff is more then friendly and they are keen and always open to give you some tips if you want to dine outside or have any sort of question . The hotel is pretty much advanced considering the check in and out procedure and it all can be done through a smart phone. It also has a paid laundry wash room, e vehicle charging and a paid parking. In the lobby area you find a vending machine as the hotel lobby is closed in the evening.

As it is a complete online check in and out procedure and I even wrote them if I was able to check in a bit earlier as my train arrives around noon time still this was not possible. I find this a bit disappointing as it completely rules out the early check in as a possible curtesy. Also I found the value of the first night a bit overpriced for what I got. In addition a couple of bottles of still water in the room would be a great way to greet the guests.

Our room was spacious and super clean with a lovely ensuite bathroom. All we needed for a weekend away from home. The staff was helpful - my parents didn't like their room on the ground floor, where street noise bothered them all night, and were upgraded to a loft for the second night, which helped them sleep much better.

Our TV standby screen switched itself on each night waking us up. The street is not a main street but does somehow have a lot of foot traffic which kept us from opening the windows.

very pleasant hotel. For following days we moved to a larger room and it was also excellent. The first room had very thin curtains that did not cover the entire window. The manager quickly said this would be put right - if it had been summer this would have been a problem with too much light.

The pillows were terrible, floppy bags of synthetic fluff. We did complain (but only at the end of our stay) and were told they had a 'pillow menu' - but the standard pillow should already be acceptable. But this was a fairly minor issue in a lovely hotel. We were unaware that you had to use a QR code (not mentioned at checkin) to see all the options. The hotel uses codes for door and room entry which are sent by message for access (reception closes at 9pm). These can be a bit clunky, and not as straightforward as using a card key.

breakfast was very tasty, good options available. Might be wise to try to come earlier (before 8AM), because I had a feeling that after 8 it was overcrowded and there were less options after that time.

everything matched my expectations, I had a decent sleep, room was fine for the price, maybe the smell in room 210 was a minor issue that I asked reception desk to double-check.... So hopefully that has been resolved, too.

This is the 1st time I have stayed here since covid hit in March 2020. At the time they had a broad range of room with the one with the roof terrace and free standing bath being wonderful. They had started building work but I didnt it was the hotel doing it and last week I stayed in the newly built rooms and WOW. What a great job they have done on the new building. The room I stayed in was a standard room but was spacious fresh and equipped with Bluetooth speaker and nice sized TV, a bathroom with great shower. But this wasn't all of the experience. The central small garden to sit in, random comfy quiet chairs in different parts and corners of the hallways, the basement washing machine, irons, table football and a gym with just the right type and amount of equipment. Going up the stairs (there is a lift but its new and although it works its waiting for some finishing so a bit slow) but on the 2nd floor follow the arrows outside then up a fire escape style steps and a wonderful rooftop garden with seating area. I do a huge amount of travel and really must say well done to the team!

Vending machine is contactless only and I never managed to get it to work. Parking space process needs to be a bit clearer so you don't get blocked in by a white Audi ;-)

I had a very nice and comfortable stay, the room was big and comfortable, the bathroom was also nice, it had everything that a guests would ever need even if he stayed for months. I also visited the gym and it was great.

The only minor issues with my stay were the temperature in my room since I didn't have an A/C and I had no way to control the heater... Also the TV didn't let me watch YouTube, only Netflix through my phone.

The hotel offers a good level of comfort, with a good location. Breakfast could be included in the rate, but it is not expensive.

Not having a toilet at reception is serious business. You arrive earlier than your check-in time and you don't have a bathroom you can use while waiting for your room to be released.

The layout of the room, everything is optimized and minimalist, this harmony makes the room very pleasant to find. The bathroom is very nice and ultra functional. The 15€ breakfast is clearly worth it, the fresh bread is excellent.

A small fridge would have been nice to keep a drink cool.

Super lovely staff, great location. Room was well equipped and extremely clean. Also loved the breakfast which had good healthy options.

The beds could be comfier and the room looked a lot smaller than on the website. It could also be slightly easier to get access to the building- you need two pins to get in and one of them has many numbers.
