I had a very pleasant stay here. I was lucky to find the place, its a little way out of Frankfurt but it had free parking of which there seemed to be plenty. The staff I dealt with all seemed to speak good English. There is a u-bahn station 2 minutes walk away, a shopping centre and a bunch of fast food places are 5 minutes walk. The staff were even able to extend my stay by 1 day. My room even had air conditioning which was a life saver as it was absurdly hot for the 2 days I was there.

I am actually staying here the second time. And I actually booked a family room and got a suite. So it exceeded my expectations. The staff are excellent, very comfortable and excellent facilities. With underground parking and having direct access with elevator, it was amazing.

I would recommend to have something to hang your clothes in the shower/bathroom. There's absolutely nothing to hang your clothes when you're in the shower. Hotel authorities please take care of this !!

Overall it is an excellent hotel, very well kept, tidy and clean. Although it is a little far away from the city centre and the airport, it is located close to the Hessen shopping centre and very near to the underground stop. The rooms are well designed with everything one may need for their stay. The breakfast boasts of the versatility of food and drinks. What is really superb about the hotel is its staff who are very client-oriented, personable and caring, at the reception, in the restaurant and on the floors. Thanks a lot to all the staff who made my stay at the hotel unforgettable. Will definitely come back.

If I go finicky, I will then mention the somewhat unstable signal of the Internet through their Wi-Fi system. However, it is not critical at all.

From an ecological point of view, we really appreciated the offer of free drinks in exchange for not having the room cleaned during our stay. The location was very convenient, only 200 metres from the U-bahn, and very close to Aldi, Lidl and Rewe, as well as the Hessen Center shopping precinct. There was plenty of parking all round the hotel, front, back and underground.

Food at the bar was a fairly limited selection, but I did enjoy the currywurst on offer.

The room is clean and has everything you need. It is really good value for money. The location is great, 2-3 minutes walk to the train station and there is a big shopping mall which is about 1-2 min walk next to the station. Travel into Frankfurt city is so easy, direct train line U7. I chose this hotel based on the recommendation of a local friend, it served the purpose of been in a walking distance of 7-8 min to Frankfurt Buddhist Academy (FBA).

There was a slight smell in the room during the first night of stay. It smelled like left 'vacant' property - old smell. But after the first night, it didn't bother me much. One thing that disappointed me was the loud talking noise of 2-3 men in the next room woke me up from sleep (middle of the night). It was so loud, but I didn't complain about it. So the room isn't well noise proof then.

A very reasonable city hotel in terms of accommodation quality, price and location. Room was a good size and bed comfortable. The atrium bar area is nicely done and relaxing to sit in. Food was pretty good but selection is fairly limited. Staff are really good - professional. The hotel is a couple of minutes' walk from an U-Bahn line, which will take you directly to the Hauptbahnhof and the Messe within 15-20 minutes, so the location is good. Would definitely stay again.

Easy to get to and clean with free parking

No restaurants nearby and the hotel restaurant was closed only a small menu at the bar. Main light in the room flickered so badly you couldn’t turn it on and one of the night lights didn’t work. Bathroom had mould on the screen runner and stained basin.

Clean and easy to find

Unfortunately the Air conditioner was awful and didn’t work - rooms were stifling and had to open windows which made not much difference and noisy - really the only bad thing to say Oh except was advised that you could get meals in the bar - however the Chef was actually not there so had to walk around the streets until we could find something to eat

Very affordable hotel accommodation. Easy to locate right off the main autobahn. The staff at reception blond lady was very friendly and helpful she changed our room at her suggestion when she saw me with my father and said it’s better to provide you with two single beds rather. The fact that the property has underground secure parking is what I was really looking for since we are travelling with our Van from the U.K. and all our valuables are there and needed overnight security.

The breakfast was excellent, the bed was really comfy. The location was close to the train line, so easy to get into Frankfurt centre. Friendly, helpful staff.

Limited option for dinner, had to go out. No tea/coffee maker in room, as advertised (a kettle with cups and drinks were provided as soon as I asked about the machine).
