Hotel Schöne Aussicht

Location was great - great view from the dining room over Frankfurt. Staff were lovely. Hotel warm and comfy. Lift access to floors. Late night access to hotel. Continental breakfast with machine coffee.

Pillows!! They are very soft and provide no head/neck support. We requested extra pillows in advance but really needed firmer pillows. Two thin single duvets on a double bed - the German way! I prefer one large duvet. Machine coffee was okay but preference is for a pot of coffee rather than having to queue. Same for the toaster - slow process.

We stayed in the apartment which was great as the children could make a noise without disturbing anyone. It was a great size with nice views. Breakfast had a good range with a view.

The shower has a window into the bedroom and the bath is overlooked by the bed. So we had to be out of the bedroom when my mother in law used the shower. Some of the cupboards are a bit old and the handles weren’t strong.

Enjoyed the view from our room, it was really nice even though we booked a basic room. Hotel was clean, warm and pleasant. Stable WiFi. Staff was super friendly. Room came with water and a coffee machine, which we didn't use, but still a nice offering. The tiled shower was particularly beautiful. Comfortable bed. Soap & shampoo included in room. Extensive breakfast with a truly fantastic view, endless skyline. The bread and sausages were particularly good. The housekeeper sang as they worked, which put me in a great mood. Hotel followed COVID precautions, we were asked for proof of vaccination at check-in. I really appreciated that.

No fridge in the room. Pillows too flat for comfort. Hotel parking situation a bit odd. Only two officially marked spaces, even though there was enough room for 5 cars, and that's how many cars would wild park there. Why not just mark more spaces, instead of allowing minor chaos? Some items at the breakfast buffet weren't super fresh, like the blue cheese for example. And, I really like hotel scrambled eggs, but these were on the rubber-y and flavourless side. Could you please make them with seasoning and some butter, in the future?

The hotel staff was super friendly. We arrived quite late (1 am) and called ahead. The staff was super helpful! The bathroom and bed were pretty nice and the room was perfectly fine. The room (we stayed in 105) was very quiet, but we arrived at 1 am. The provided fan in the room was a very welcome addition! The parking places of the hotel itself were all full but parking in front of and around the hotel is just as easy and free. Loved the addition of usb ports in the sockets next to the bed. The hotel definitely deserves its name because the view in the restaurant was amazing! For just 40 euros we were impressed with what we got!

The curtains needed a wash and there was a bit of a damp smell in the bathrooom in the evening when we arrived. We couldn't quite figure out were it came from. But nothing noticable during the morning! Also, the print of a silhouette of person on the bathroom window to the outside was a bit disconcerning.

Very good location, nice staff and easy access to downtown. Bus and subway takes about 20min. Hotel is with restaurant and bar but there are also lot of restaurants in some minutes on foot away. Also grocery is very close. Hotel is refurbished and the breakfast is more than excellent. 4-5 parking places on yard but on backyard there are much more. Parking place is a bit tricky to find but it's on the other side of the building (see pic).

WiFi in my room (315) was a bit slow and unstable. Perhaps it works better on other floors.

hello , we’ve booked in your hotel but we couldn’t stay at the room because: 1- there was no air conditioner or refrigerator and i have medication need to be in cool temp. 2- the room was too small to fit my and sister luggage. so we asked the receptionist if there is possibility in refunding our money. ps: we left the hotel at 6 Pm and went and booked to another hotel… thanks for understanding

Room was tidy, very friendly crew, breakfast also good. I have nothing else to add here, only some very minor tips to improve even more.

We arrived by electric car, and couldn't find any chargers near the hotel. Having a couple would be amazing. Additionally, when entering my hotel room, all windows were closed while heaters were on max. It took a while before it was a comfortable temperature again.

Very professional staff and excellent restaurant with a great view. Beautiful rooms, they have a coffee machine, modern bathrooms and good beds. The hotel is located in a calm and very pleasant village. Bus stop is very close to the hotel, with easy access to the shopping mall and train station (for example to go to the airport or center of Frankfurt). Breakfast is worth it: they have plenty of good food.

The hotel is in an amazing location with breathtaking views of Frankfurt. Located in a village area. Transport into Frankfurt very easy with bus and underground. The hotel itself was clean and very comfortable.

One small but very needy requirement, two extra pillows. We were booked in by Philipp Avella who was very accommodating and changed our room so we could use the lift. So what was the problem with the pillows? At 10p.m for the third time my Husband went down. He was told by Philipp that house keeping had now finished and there were no spare pillows! Inbetween him being on his mobile phone my Husband asked to speak to a manager. Miraculously two spare pillows appeared. Was it so hard Philipp? Shame it spoilt a perfect 10.

Nice view, they have some nice terraces in the hotel. Staff was very nice, the hotel is pretty and very clean. The location is very calm.

There is some parking but just a few spots (5-6), sometimes it might be difficult to park. The location is nice but a bit far from Frankfurt, so without a car it might not be ideal.
