Excellent hotel. We arrived at the exhibition Messe and traveled by public transport, it tooks 30 minutes. I would like to note the realy good breakfast, very friendly staff who are ready to help in resolving any issues, I was also surprised that the sauna was included in the price, it was a nice bonus.

There is not airconditioner. During my stay was more than 30° outside and also in the room.

The staff were very professional and helpful. It was a little difficult as we had to take an unexpected Covid test but they presented it in a sensitive way.

The breakfast was a little disappointing, although the staff were pleasant very helpful. It was good to have warm food offered but the heaters were not on under the scrambled eggs and bacon, etc. The result was that these were cold and not pleasant. Also, the croissants seemed to have run out and it was only 09.00.

The room was very smart, but also one of the quietest hotel bedrooms I have ever slept in, The bathroom had everything I needed and more, and was kept clean and tidy by the chamber staff. Breakfast was excellent, with hot and cold items on offer. I will use this hotel again. Very nice staff.

We expected a bit more choice regarding the Intercontinental breakfast. For example rice, noodle, pasta, etc.

Excellent 4-stars hotel ten km away the city center, nord Frankfurt, you need to have a car. Excellent bathroom. Small town with shops in the neiborhoods. Spacious and luxury bathroom. We didn't have breakfast. Helpful personnel.

Very good hotel. You can easily access highway and Bad Vilbel town. Lidl is near if you need to buy beverage or food. Breakfast is very good with nice food selection. You have garage if you need. Check in/out is fast and simple. Full recommendation for business or pleasure trip.

Everything was perfect. The staff was super super friendly, especially at breakfast time and check in. Enough parking places and easy access to the center.
