The room was spacious and fairly clean, there were a few stains on the curtains though. Saw previous reviews about how small the rooms were but I found them to be a decent size and we have multiple suitcases with us. The staff were great and very helpful spoke English very well.

The bathroom was a bit small especially the shower. The elevator is slow and it always felt so hot in there so taking the stairs was much faster and better at times. The location is a bit questionable, there are heaps of restaurants and convenient store nearby and it was close to the train station and other tourist attractions, however there were a few questionable people nearby especially near the station. Though it wasn’t too bad as they don’t really bother you but there are times where you don’t feel so safe.

I stayed in the hotel for a few hours, while waiting for a fllight connection. It is conveniently located near the main station (5 minutes walk), where the S-Bahn train takes less than 15min to reach the airport. The room seemed to be clean and the available coffee was good for me to wake up at 2:30AM. I went from there to the station with luggage and had to problem with the neighborhood. The staff was nice in the checkin and the checkout was easy.

The room is extremely small, as suggested by the images in the site. This was not a problem for my short stay, but may be uncomfortable for a stay of more than one night. The shower box got flooded after some minutes, so it is advisable that the hotel fixes that.

Great checkin experience that is very professionally handled by the friendly lady ... Rooms are well cleaned and washroom has necessary amenities. I have stayed multiple times and all rooms have an iron and iron stand, something that is not usual. Buffet breakfast is very good as well. The location is walking distance to Frankfurt Bahnhof and Financial district and therefore unmatched if your purpose of work links with Financial district

1. Cleanliness in the rooms. Usually in 3 * hotels there is no such cleanliness. But, in this place, the cleanliness is on a par with hotels that have more stars. It is pleasant to lie in bed and even walk barefoot. 2. Staff. He is very friendly and responsive. Any employee is ready to sincerely help you and suggest how it will be more convenient for you.

1. Of the minuses, I can see that the rooms are quite dark, even with all the lights on. 2. Some interior elements are damaged. Should be repaired or replaced.

It is perfectly located between the central station and the Willy Brandt Platz. Very close to the hip restaurants, train stops, the centre and the river. Breakfast was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The reception staff was very helpful.

location was great - I had one of the single rooms on 5th floor at the rear - was very quiet as these rooms overlook the courtyard fire escape. Kaiserstraϐe and the side streets can be very lively, but I could have the window open up here and avoid the noise. Great little room for a short business stay, and excellent value.

Very clean, newly renovated, very quiet and very dark. I'd read a lot of reviews where the bathrooms were older but mine was definitely renovated recently. A little dark due to the dark walls and single light but very functional. I wouldn't have wanted to change clothes in there though.

Sketchy neighborhood but great location in the city overall. But once inside it was quiet and an excellent value for anyone just looking for a decent place to crash.
