3 minutes away from the main train station, very convenient, easy check in and check out. 10 minutes walk to the city centre. The room was big and clean. Highly recommended.

The only thing I could say was not ideal was the bedroom windows leveled with the outdoor garden so people could easily enter the room if they wanted to. You need to keep your windows closed when you go out.

I loved that it was really close to the Frankfurt Hbf, like literally 5 minutes away. I loved that the apartment was clean and cozy. I loved that they digitalized almost everything like a key to your room and hotel entrance is sent to your email and I find it really comfortable. Staff being able talk English also doesn't hurt.

Like other reviewers have said it the location of the hotel is a blessing and a curse on its own. The place is shady in the evening and there are so many creepy and homeless people around and I am not talking about the smell. But it's not in Hotel's control, so I'm not complaining. But they can control is that machine near the entrance that is supposed make our lives easier to get into hotel but noo it does the opposite.

only 2block from main station. I booked this hotel just very before staying for urgent matters, but it’s totally okay to check in. (you don’t have to use the machine to check in) bathroom is big enough.

until I checked out, hotel staff entered my room except any knocks three times. it might be mistaken but too scared.

The room itself was very clean, comfortable and staff was very nice and polite. Thanks for the good service..

They just need to improve lights in stairs as there were less lights if you walk by stairs. Otherwise lifts can also be used.

The location was great for what Bahnhof Viertel in Frankfurt is. I had some problems with the automatic check-in but it was quickly fixed after I called the administration. The room was very tidy and nice and was cleaned everyday. the relation quality/price was great. I’ve got a room facing the inner patio so I also had a quiet stay (that area can be very loud) which I really appreciated since I was there for work.

Electricity and tv was having a mind on its own and worked sometimes good and sometimes not so good.

Nice hotel. In the middle of city center with everything at walking distance. A lot restaurants so plenty of options to choose from. The Hotel has its on private car park which you can access from the same elevator. If you are travelling in your own car, then parking in the city center can be an issue, so its a big plus if you can park your car safely in the hotel's underground carpark. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Amenities including bath were good. There was no air-conditioning so in cooler months, its perfect, but if you are travelling in the summer like we did, it was extremely hot in the rooms and there was no table fan which most other hotels provide so just a call out if you are travelling in summer season, it can be extremely hot in the room. Other than this, a very good stay with the family. Will definitely stay again.

The list of amenities on Booking.com site mentioned Electric kettle but there was none in our room.

The room was absolutely clean, the bed were very confortable, the amenities were good! For the location, it is a two sided opinion, it is excellent since you can go anywere by walking, there are many restaurants and stores but bear in mind that two blocks behind, there is the street were sexshops and homeless people live. So as long as you don't pass by it you are very well located.

The woman on the reception was extremely rude. Unfortunatelly we didn't reserve the parking and when we arrive the first day it was full. However, at nigth we did reserved for the next day and the person in the reception confirmed it. The next morning there was a different receptionist (the woman) and she said there was no space in the parking lot and when I told her we had reserved last nigth she replied very rude that i should come back at 1 pm to see if maybe someone had left. What is funny is that 20 minutes later i got a reply in the booking.com chat from the hotel of a message i sent the day before, sending me the address of the parking lot so I could use it. One of the rooms we booked smelled a lot like cigarrette from day 1.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had rooms 607 & 608 and the rooms seemed quite new with good bathroom facilities. Surprisingly quiet on that side of the building. Breakfast was adequate and no complaints for the price. The area is not the best at night but during the day there are lots of restaurants around to choose from.

Obviously the area is not the best as it's right by the train station but it's also very convenient if arriving/departing by train. The automated check in outside on the busy street did not work for our check-in so we had to ring the bell several times to no avail. Eventually other guests allowed us in and we eventually found someone to help us and we got our room keys.

Registration was easy, room was clean and the right size for a couple for a few days. We requested a quieter room towards the rear and were easily accommodated. We are signing up for MK Hotels membership plan since we will be traveling more in Europe. Also, the "room handbook" was quite thorough. Lots of sidewalk cafes in the area, especially Fienkost Paradies.

Wi-fi connection in room was very weak, slow, and erratic. much better in dining area, which unfortunately, was closed in the evenings.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The hotel is conveniently close to the station, though not the best neighbourhood but that isn't something they can do about. The staff at the reception was really helpful when I needed some documents to be printed. The room had a good size. And strong wifi.

The room was facing a very busy street. Although the windows managed to keep most noise out, the sound could still be heard. Breakfast could be better. Once I got down, still over an hour before the end, most of the products were gone. Would be nice if it got refilled for other guests. And there was no fresh fruit, only a fruit cocktail which was clearly from a can.
