Went over for a nice long weekend, I can't fault the hotel or the wonderful staff.. They literally couldn't do enough for us from the moment we arrived to the minute we left. The evening bar staff we a delight and loved to chat with all the guests. Even when we got food delivered, they made sure we had plates and cutlery so we could enjoy it properly. I would recommend staying here, just for the amazing staff. The location of the hotel is right in the city only a few minutes walk from the station. And like all cities, not all areas are perfect. Take a 2 minute rest walk to the left when you come out the hotle door and there were a few undesirables around, and I wouldn't be comfortable walking around on my own in the evening. But take a 5 minute walk to your right and you are down by the river and walk a little longer and you will be in Old Sachsenhausen, with its beautiful cobble streets and vibrant night life. Well worth the visit.

Our two rooms on the top floor were perfectly clean and very quiet. We'd reserved a double and a single, but ended up with a family and a single, which was fine. The family room was HUGE (though the convertible "chair bed" would definitely have been too small for our 14-year-old, so I'm glad we kept the single room for him). Staff were very friendly, and the secure parking was great to have, given the area...

The music in the hallways and elevators was REALLY loud, and the scent used was REALLY strong. I think the hotel could do without both. The neighbourhood is a bit dodgy, but that's sadly to be expected when so close to a central rail station.

Last minute booking after diverted flight. We beat our booking email to the hotel so not yet on their system but the staff were wonderful. Put us at ease and just dealt with the situation. After 30hrs of travel, that made a big difference.

Nothing, although the suburb/streets were a bit full of rubbish.

The location by the main train station made it very convenient. I was able to jump off my train and check in all within 20 minutes. Leaving was just as easy; I checked out and was standing on the platform, waiting for my train in no time at all.

I would have appreciated being able to open the windows. I like to air out the room after I wake up and couldn't at Premier Inn.

It is very close to Frankfurt Central station and to the Center of the city to just go walking. The installations are quite good and clean.

Although the location is very good during the day, in the night some of the nearby streets may look a bit unsafe and a most of the restaurants are from other countries.

Excellent value and checking staff. Not too far from the station and not difficult to find. Rooms are comfortable in size.

The only negative I can think of is housekeeping knocking on the door several times. My guess is that they don't coordinate with the front desk to know when check out is.

The hotel itself was lovely and clean, rooms were spacious and spotless! The staff were very helpful and friendly!

The area in which the hotel is located, while it is close to main attractions in Frankfurt is in quite a rough area.

This hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff throughout were excellent especially Suzanne on reception and loughman (john) on bar reception duties. Our stay was wonderful from start to finish.many thanks for your hospitality.

Great location. Amazingly helpful and nice staff. The room was big, clean, and quiet.

The location is great, but the neighborhood is not as nice at night.

Finally a good hotel in the center of Frankfurt that won't rip you off and will give you actual services in exchange for your money. Great room, good size, super bed, clean and with efficient staff. Bar open till late, which is a bonus.
