The location was okay for the price, the room had a great lake view - however wasn't applicable for our needs.
The check in was supposed to be done over phone, however neither of the posted phone numbers was answered, one was a voicemail, and the other was a 2 minutes long speak in German with no other language version and just ending in a hang up. We where lucky to get helped by another German guest to get our keys. The check out was rather easily managed in their restaurant in the morning.

The stay in this hotel was one of the worst of my life, I ordered the option with breakfast and nobody informed me that there would be no service, no hotel, closed 19h per night, no information in English, I was kicked out of the hotel for trying to claim my rights as a consumer, the hotel manager treated me like rubbish without giving any reason, he told me to leave the hotel in an hour and if not then the things will be thrown in the garbage, of course I was charged the entire cost of staying in the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel for people who do not speak German, no information in English. THIS MAN FOR BELOW PHOTO ITS A REALLY RUDE AND RACIST!!!!
