Consistently top service, well lit garage parking with easy and secure access to rooms, spacious and updated bathroom with large shower and good water pressure. Insect screens in front of windows are welcomed. Quiet location that made sleeping with open windows possible. Rooms are well sound insulated. Large outdoor patio part of restaurant.

Wifi/WLAN still a bit of an issue. Good enough for leisure travel. Most rooms are on dark side because of tall trees and bushes bordering property. Advantageous in summer though to block out heat. Would like if breakfast buffet offerings would be changed every few days.

Great location if visiting Hamburg as there is a bus stop 5 minutes away which takes you to the train station. Buy a Hamburg card and it will cover you for bus and train travel and you can do this online. Plus you get discount at attractions. The hotel was lovely, the food in the restaurant was superb. The beds were comfy with lovely linen and it was quiet. Garage parking for our motorcycles was a bonus.

Felt ripped off paying €8.50 for a bottle of water, absolutely outrageous price. UK hotels provide water free of charge!

The hotel was very clean and upscale. The rooms had lots of space for luggage and clothing. The restaurant was outstanding with a great selection of German foods common to that area of Germany. The bar was fully stocked and included a 'beer bar' for those desiring draft beers.

In contrast to most American hotels, there are no rooms with beds for more than 2 people. As a result, for a family of 5, we required 3 separate rooms. Note for American travellers; German pillows have minimal stuffing and provide zero support. However, this is not unique to this facility.

The room was good and clean.The breakfast was very good and the people was very nice. We had dinner in the restaurant that was good but expensive. There are channels in English, BBC, CNN that helps to know what is happening in the world. All the people from reception to restaurant were very good and helpful. There are other restaurants nearby that you can reach by car. It is a bit far away from Hamburg centre.

Could be more close to Hamburg but I knew that already.

Quiet location, comfortable and clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Rich breakfast in a very beautiful and warm space that later becomes the hotel's restaurant. An advantage is the semi-underground parking with direct elevator access to the rooms.

The quality of the coffee is the only discrepancy in the excellent reviews from the other services.

The woman who checked us in and the guy at breakfast gave us the best service! They were very professionel yet still personal. a very rare combination. The hotel had a very cozy feeling and i felt very at peace during my stay here.

I was not a fan of their restaurant in the evening. The food just wasnt for me. I got wienerschnitzel and they made a modern version of the potatos wich i just didnt like. Also they dont serve sauce to your wienerschnitzel in Germany?? The mest was very dry without:(

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in Germany ever, very beautiful and clean, has quite large rooms, and extremely helpful and kind staff. Located in a nice and quiet area. The breakfast, well this was extremely good, plenty of choices. If I ever go to Hamburg again, I wouldn't look further.

Quiet and lovely quaintness. Nice patio area for a drink. Comfortable and relaxing lounges inside. By a river with nice walking paths. Staff amazing ! Great breakfast and nice dining area.

Internet slow and have to take a train or bus into central Hamburg. Train station about a 15 to 20 minute walk from hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights late July 2023. Exceptional hotel, very comfortable room. Very stylish hotel, immaculate and nothing to fault. Restaurant food was wonderful, good menu and friendly and attentive staff throughout. Highly recommended.

Nothing to complain about

A hotel that I can recommend. I have stayed here multiple times when visiting Hamburg and everything was great every time. There is always plenty of parking and I like the fact that there is a 24h reception and you can check-in at any time. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean.
