Checking in early was fine. The building was very clean and the tub in the bathroom was a very welcome reprieve from several days of traveling. Budget friendly for a large group.
However. Breakfast was advertised, but not provided. We walked downstairs and were told the kitchen was off limits. A man we didn't recognize walked into our room, as we were packing up in the morning, and a second man at the counter was very rude during check out.

It was a place to keep our stuff and only place available.
It was dirty and not kept up very well. A smoke detector needed a battery and was beeping. Wall switches in the room were dirty, including the walls. Dust and grime hidden behind beds and along furniture and wall. Mold in shower tracks. The bathroom toilets' small flush button was broken.
