Location & Transportation: It is very close to the main station and there is a bus stop just 2 minutes walk from the hotel Cleanliness: It's impeccable! Rooms: Bright and sunny stylish rooms. We got a kettle in the room Staff : Polite and friendly staff

The check-in and check-out process was long. There was only one staff doing the formalities. I had to wait in a long queue We had to wait until 3 PM for check-in as the rooms weren't ready. But the people who came after us they allowed to check in immediately and we had to wait. Beds: Very small and congested bed for 2 people.

A hotel that meets all your needs what ever they may be. If you have any problems the staff are quick and efficient to help.Breakfast was ample and was always begin replenished. Theres a little seating area outside the front of the hotel to enjoy a coffee,wine etc bought from the bar. A walk into the centre of town is 10 minutes. Take the walk along the tree lined path just outside the hotel into town away from the traffic. There are a few really good restaurants 5 minutes away .

Nothing was bad. We had a very enjoyable,relaxed and quiet stay.

The property is in a good location and buses stop directly next to it. The facilities are modern and clean. The two people to thank are Ms. Liehr and Ms. Steinmetz! They were professional, friendly and very helpful. Thank you! Last but not least, the Saturday October 1st dining staff were great during the breakfast provided which was also good value for money. The dining staff were attentive refilling the items needed at the buffet as well as making sure there was enough cutlery. They were also quick to clear and clean every table for the next guests that arrived. I not only recommend this place but I will use this hotel for my future visits.

Clean room and bathroom. The beds are comfortable and offer good comfort.

Pariking is in reality not available. The hotel has only a few parking places available. We were disappointed that we had to walk nearly 1 km to park the car. This is cumbersome and is also a risk with respect to burglary from the car. The hotel suits guests without car better. Breakfast was good but somewhat narrow selection with few choices.

The breakfast spread was very good. Enjoyed the breakfast. The size of the hot beverages was a lot and possibly have an option for half a cup also.

Everything was good about the place, Thank you. I have by mistake possibly misplaced my personal business card holder. Would be nice if you can check. Not a hotel mistake. But a request from my side

Great breakfast and very friendly staff. The room was spacious for two people and so was the bathroom. The hotel is within walking distance from the main train station and the city center. The electric kettle in the room is very handy. We needed to check-in late around 11 PM and it was not a problem.

The TV in the room was compatible with Android and iOS, but we were not able to connect our devices for mirroring. A smart TV would have been better.

I am vegan, so many options were not relevant to me - still - they looked and smelled great. Again, the service was wonderful - you hardly noticed the team - quietly and efficiently they kept everything clean and tidy and filled in whatever finished right away. The atmosphere was excellent - peaceful and quiet - people talked naturally but the acoustics prevent interfering between adjacent tables.

Well, I am so happy with my stay there and so impressed by the team, why looking for things I don't like? Many hotels at this level provide a similar facilities and conditions. It is the human service that take the UX one step further and this is something I appreciate deeply. I am sorry for being so busy with my own issues that I didn't write down the names of the kind people that served me. Nevertheless - since any staff member I turned to was as I explained above, I understand it is this hotel policy and attitude.

Very convenient, quiet location. The hotel is situated practically in a park by the river. At the same time very close to the train station and about 10 minutes walk to the historic city center. Very convenient parking outside of hotel. Hotel Bar open until late night, also with a chance to eat nice pizza when you need -:)

Limited number of parking spots outside of hotel. When you arrive to late you get a high risk to not be able to park at the hotel parking. Limited choice and space during breakfast in restaurant.

The facilities and hotel itself were immaculate and exceptional. We had everything that we needed and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. There's a bar downstairs that also served food which unfortunately we didn't get to use in the time that we were there but the food that we saw other people eating looked delicious. Everything about the property made you feel like you were at a 5 star hotel. It is a shame that we were only staying for the one night while travelling, I'm hoping we can visit again one day.

Lovely quiet hotel in a very green place with many possibilities to park the car and 24 h check in. The room is fresh clean and equipped with many useful facilities. Tasty breakfast with enough variety of high quality food. The hotel represents very high quality of the IHG chain for reasonable value.

Would be nice to have a small fridge (mini bar) in the room.
