The hotel is in a very good place, near the highway, but VERY silent. Therefore while it is very easy to reach any point in the city or other cities, you sleep excellent well. The free parking place is a real bonus in such a big city The room was very well equipped, including a coffee machine, capsules and a refrigerator. The room itself was big and comfortable, more than enough for two people with two suitcases and two backpacks. Everything was cleaned every day and all the amenities refilled All in all a very good value for the money

In most hotels in Germany we had a single bed with two mattresses. Here we had one mattress and even though it was of excellent quality, it would have been better having two separate ones. Otherwise, the hotel was exceptionally good

The room was spacios with a really nice interior. The bathroom was great. The bed is very comfortable. Additional advantages are fridge and a coffee machine with a range of different coffee to choose from.

Would be nice to have a teapot as well, but that's not a big deal..

It was amazing place, and close to transportation. The cleaning team are active and always smiling. The room so comfortable and have nice view

I think they should care the outside garden more and the outside entrance

ONE WORKER CANNOT DO EVERYTHING! THERE IS NOT EVEN A SINGLE WORKER AT THE HOTEL. THESE EUROPEAN PEOPLE THINK THEY INVENTED BUSINESS. YOU HAVE TO GET AT LEAST A SMALL FISH TO CATCH A BIGGER FISH. At 7.00 AM. THERE IS NO HOT WATER IN ROOM 306.

Very nice hotel and very kind staff. The room was high class and we will for sure come back next time arriving in our car with the easy access from A7 and free parking behind the hotel. From the hotel we took a bus line 5 to the center of Hamburg and back. It was so easy compared to find a parking down town. We especially loved the nice coffee at the room and a very nice huge bed.

our room was wonderful, beautiful high end fixtures and fittings and a huge soft and comfortable bed, perfect!

only thing I would say, is that being British I would have loved some nice British tea! we had an Espresso machine, which was fabulous, but I did miss my tea as it’s so hard to find in Germany! Also, there was no English speaking channels on TV except news, and no English subtitles. but honestly, it didn’t make our stay any less enjoyable we had a great time

Hotel was managed from another Hotel across the street. Therefore it was without any reception or bar service. Outside area was not well maintained.

the room was very nice, spacious and clean! we hat parking space also.

Too bad we couldn’t have breakfast in the same building as the room. The restaurant was opposite the hotel itself.

The rooms were very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was absolutely amazing!

If I had to pick something (Albeit that it wasn't too much of an issue), the check in at the other hotel over the road.
