I liked the food on the menu, nice cocktails, VERY nice breakfast. Great location beside the zoo. Parking too

I chose this hotel because they said they had a pool. My 5 year old son was very much looking forward to swimming in the pool. When we got there, they told us the pool was shut for maintenance. If I had known this, I would not have booked this hotel, I specifically chose it because of the pool.. I had to console my crying son for a while when I told him the pool was shut. They could have told me and given me a chance to find alternative accommodation with a pool.

This is a very special place - it combines hotel facilities with an old people's home, to everyone's benefit. The facilities are great (kids loved the swimming pool), the rooms are big and spacious. The hotel is located next to one of the most amazing zoos in Europe and next to a metro station, so you can be in city centre in 15 minutes. The breakfast buffet was fine as well, as was the restaurant.

The pillows were not as comfortable as I had expected them to be! Otherwise this place really exceeded our expectations, we will definitely return next time we are in the city. And plan for more time for the zoo!

This was our second stay in this hotel, and we really enjoyed it! Thanks to the team for this good stay. The positive things are a good atmosphere, a big room, which is in fact a “mini apartment”, with living room, sleeping room, kitchen, hall, and bathroom. Good beds, very clean, good attention, pool, and sauna in the basement, some spaces near the lobby to relax. What more do you want? The hotel is not central, but it is very close to a U-Bahn station (metro) which connects to downtown in about 20 minutes. There are some shops in the surroundings, particularly a supermarket just a couple of blocks away, but there are no activities or places to go at night. If you like to enjoy the night life, maybe you should look for another hotel in the centre of the city, otherwise this hotel is very good!

There are a few things that should be improved, and I would like to say that specially for the hotel managers to keep an eye on them. My impression is that, maybe, some of these issues are not considered on purpose due to the nature of the hotel, which is hosting also third-aged people on a regular basis, sometimes for a long stay. These issues are: No microwave and no toaster in the kitchen, no folder available in the room with details about opening hours and further information about the hotel, no safe in the room. Soap bottle in the bathroom is very hard to use (we are regular size adults, and it was impossible for us, we needed to buy another normal soap in the supermarket).

The subway station is right next to the hotel, reaching town in less than 20 min Rooms are large and comfortable, well equipped. Great breakfast Nice personnel Great swimming pool and sauna with large opening hours and not crowded at all I like the blend with the elderly house. For those who are a bit worried of it, it just feels like a normal hotel with very nice people :-)

Rooms are for 3-4 persons, but the hotel only provides 2 keys per room. You can leave your key at the reception when leaving the hotel to avoid one person being left without a key. The kitchen comes with no equipment (can be rented for an extra 7 euros, which is cheap but you have to think of asking)

Nice, large 2-room suite. The staff is very nice. Breakfast is excellent. The hotel in general is very nice.

Pillows are very large and uncomfortable. The floor in the shower can be cleaned more thoroughly.. The hair dryer is awfully hot. Wifi is poor. Kitchen is empty and in case you want to have something, you will be charged.

What a fantastic concept! This accommodation is a shared hotel with a residence for elderly people just living next to each other. It gives a very warm feeling seeing the mix of people at the breakfast in the morning: elderly enjoying watching children running around. The apartments are small and functional and very clean. The bathroom and especially the shower is spacious to be wheel chair accessible. Yes, there is no kitchen equipment but you can rent it for 6,00 EUR per stay (!) and it will be quickly provided with sufficient amount.

A microwave would be a great addition.

Location - Metro Train & Market nearby.

1) The sleeping pillows - not good. Too soft. Firmer pillows should be provided. 2) Cleaners are not good enough. No mopping and they don't vacuum the whole room. 3) No Microwave in the kitchen. 4) Drinking water should be provided daily. 5) Or a water filter machine / dispenser (Coway / Cuckoo) should be provided for each room. 6) No idea why 6 Euro extra need to pay for the Kitchen Utensils !!! It's an Apartment/Home with Kitchen, so the kitchen wares MUST be provided together.

The Location was convinient for me but it is far from HH Center, Public transportation directly in front of the hotel takes you in a couple of stations to the center. The hotel is multi use as elderly home and hotel, the furniture is not standard hotel and might be even old but high quality in some cases. The room was is more like a suite with Entry area, kitchen, living room and bedroom.

Very cosy and huge apartment, possible breakfast included with variety of options. Helpful workers at reception. Nice place for stay. Great area to walkby

Kitchen basically did not include anything. You can request it for additional price, but what sense of having kitchen without anything. Basically it's just as hotel room

This is an apartment hotel with suites including a bedroom and a living room. In the livingroom there is a sofa bed so up to four people can sleep in the apartment. The apartments are not small, especially if you are lucky to get one of the extra large ones. The rooms are not disturbed by noice from the outside. The restaurant serves good food at decent prices. You can get room service at no extra cost which is great if you want to avoid crowds during the never ending covid season. We had the rump steak which was really good! See picture... Parking is in the basement under the building. Costs €12 per day.

Not much to add here. We did not test any of the facilities as we were just spending the night here on our car trip from Sweden to Spain.
