Lovely staff, attractive hotel, free parking, good restaurant and bar, good value. Nice wine at an excellent price. Food was traditional and very tasty. Being able to open the windows but they still felt secure. Coffee machine

The only issue really was the shower. It was a bit hard to exit and we felt a slightly bigger enclosure would have been more useful than having quite a large hand basin. The room as a whole was a little small but ok.

We have reached the hotel Zum Zeppelin after whole day of flying. Hotel is close to the Airport, with nice decoration in the rooms. We enjoyed swift check-in & clean renovated room. As we were delayed for next day flights, it was absolutely amazing the hotel let us make late, late checking at 17:00. We were as a crew so fresh and ready for next work. Thanks Zum Zeppelin for understanding to the Aviators and guests overall!

The bathroom is still waiting for renovation, but is good enough as it is. Bit noisy Airconditioning outside, but, again, nothing you couldn't live with.

The hotel is located close enough to the highway for easy access, and far enough to be quiet and peaceful. The little restaurant is very cosy, typically german and serves good food. The room was clean and nice and had a coffee machine.

Breakfast is at extra charge. However I would have never been able to use it anyway, since I had a very early start for the day.

places are not many and not few, there is a restaurant in the hotel that has soup, there is a choice, but basically everything was not tasty and very salty. although the breakfast was good. There is a car park which is very convenient. The guy at the reception was friendly

There is no kettle in the room. but there is a coffee maker, but it is not a kettle

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, even though we were on the first floor, did not hear any street noise and slept well. The breakfast was 12 euro and had a wide selection of hot and cold items which were very tasty. Some nearby walking trails for the dog and shopping in the immediate area. We had a great stay at the Zum Hamburg.

Clean rooms with good beds and showers. Close to family. Nice breakfasts. We are English speakers who know only a little German, and the staff, German speakers with some English knowledge, made every effort to understand our needs. Very nice staff.

No lobby to wait when family came to pick us up. Very minor problem.

The location of the place is great (45min by bus from the center) as it is in a quiet neighbourhoot. It is easily accessible,as no bus tranfers are needed to the city center. There is a Lidl store 5min away from the hotel. The rooms were clean and provided with everything necessary. The beds were very comfortable. We will visit again for sure!

Everything was nice.

Bathroom should be improved with: 1) Sleepery surface of the floor - wet shower space - is too dangerous. MUST be modified. 2) Lack of a safety handle at the same space. It is a highly recommended safety device.

There hardly anyone In reception because they 2 different hotels business and more does not have anyone at the reception

There was a fridge in the room and we got our beds done and towels changed during our stay which was unexpected, but nice. The staff was nice and overall the place was cute.

The walls let sound through pretty easily and there were no double beds, which meant that they had to be adjusted during the night to avoid falling on the floor.
