The interior design is open, friendly, stylish and it's very clean. It's fun to sit on real airplane seats in a hotel lobby. The staff were more than friendly, helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was more than enough and a great choice for a little price. Really, really happy overall. Located just around the corner from "Soul Sushi": Very yummy, great choice, also vegetarian and vegan dishes. Perfect for the evening dinner.

Can't say much there. I spent one night after a short meeting at Hamburg Airport and that was it. If this comes up again, I will definitely stay at "Hotel Cockpit" again.

location is perfect if you need to get to an airport early. There is a bus stop 2min walk away from the hotel, next to a 24h gas station, so it light and there are people around even at night. This was a big bonus for me. The room was very big. Could do with a kettle and tea bags and perhaps more than a half empty bottle of all-in-one shampoo/soap, but in general I am pleased. Also, I wanted a double bed but had 2 twin beds instead which wasn't as comfortable.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly people. Nice location near the u-bahn, shops and restaurants.

No elevator and no airconditioning.

Although it was not luxurious, it was Clean and comfortable! We stayed here because we had a 6am flight and didn't want to get up at 3am to drive to Hamburg. It worked out great and we booked well enough in advance that we could leave our car there for a week.

This is a good option when wanting to stay close to Hamburg's airport. The location is good, well connected with the neighborhood venues and Metro. Breakfast is buffet, quality protein and good for the price.

The mattresses are soft. At least for those who prefer quasi-orthopedic mattresses.

For one night, it is good for the price

You should definetely go before 22 if you do not want to call hotel and take your keys from the locker on the door. You should bring your own shampoo and other Personal belongings like slippery etc.

The neighbourhood is good. Near to Airport you can reach with one Bus. The room is enough for one person.

The room was not so clean. İ saw spider and everywhere is full of spider Web. There is No elevator.

I’ve stayed before I love the airline concept, all the staff are amazing. I liked the location. super clean.

bathroom a little dated, towels old. would be amazing to have a tea and coffee option in the room.

quiet room, close to airport

I arrived very late. Getting into the building was a bit rocky and staff on the phone borderline rude. Also, I would have appreciated a blow dryer in the room.

The equipment with airplane pieces of furniture is spectacular.

The reception is not open 24 hours a day. But via the reception in the Koks Hotel quite feasible. The Hotel is not right on the airport. But the bus only needs 7 min. and drives from 04:52 in the morning.
