Check in went well, staff were very friendly and we were quickly checked in. Our room was in a small annex about 10 meters away from the main hotel, this mean leaving the hotel walking 10 meters to gain access to the annex, this was not a problem for us as it was dry and warm (hot) but in winter or if it was raining the getting to reception or having breakfast, you may get wet. The annex was stair access to the rooms. Our room was very big street facing and with a large comfortable bed, lots of floor space and a wardrobe cupboard and good situated power-points. The room also had a TV. The bathroom was also very big, decent sized bath/shower sink and toilet. The annex also had a lovely roof terrace though we didn't use it, it overlooked Hanovians gardens and seemed pretty when were were exploring the floor. The room was very clean. Breakfast was one of the best ones that we have experienced in Germany plenty of option with regards to a continental breakfast, cold meats, cheeses, fruit, veg, bread, cereals, juices, and a small hot selection. We did not leave Hungary. We only realised on the last day that reception also had a lounge and a bar area. The local area was lovely though only 5 minutes away from Hanover Station (which is busy and bustling) we felt that we were staying with the locals. Local shops and restaurants were close by and didn't feel like a tourist trap, in fact we felt that it was local residents area, which we loved.

Nothing really, we felt for the money that we paid, we got more that what we paid for. Great value for money and we had a great stay. I appreciate though that the annex may be a problem for some, but for us it was perfect.

- The shower took about 2-3 mins to become warm. Despite asking the maintenance man to fix it, they said it is just the way it is. Can’t be fixed. Waiting for the water to become warm wasn’t the issue for me, the issue was the fact that I was wasting water every time I wanted to shower. Waiting for it to become warm…

Location is very central, with bars and restaurants around. A short walk to Central station. Nice stroll along the Lister Mile with lots of nice shops. Rooms were spacious, a little old fashioned but clean. Parking can be difficult in the evening, but we found parking ( maybe people were traveling during summer holidays).

There was an ants street from the heater in the bathroom to the door of the room. Noise from traffic if windows are open. No AC.

Convenient place to stay for a night or two in Hannover. Within about 5-10 mins from station even those the initial exit is a bit seedy, the immediate location around the hotel is fine. Small lift but at least there is a lift which is unusual in some such places. Good also if you like a hotel where there is more flexibility about arrival times as the desk is manned throughout the day.

my only concern is that the internet seems to have weak security.

The hotel is only short walk from the main train station. There are several restaurants and bars nearby but the hotel was quite quiet. I booked a small single room but I didn't feel cramped in it. It was equipped with usual travel amenity. I had a pleasant stay here. Please note that the room access is by a different entrance from the reception. (still on the same street)

We had a very nice stay. The room was perfect for the two of us. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful with many choices, well laid out and very clean eating area. The location is great for walking to the city center. There are many very good restaurants in the area. Parking is on the street and we never had an issue finding a close open spot to park. We would defiantly stay here again.

Nice, clean room with coffee making facility and comfy bed. Very close to main station and good value for money. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast selection very tasty.

Not able to re tune TV. I am sure this would have been fixed, but only mentioned this to staff when checking out.

The front desk staff were patient and provided excellent service. The suite was clean and comfortable, and there were complimentary snacks.

However, the cleaning staff kept chatting outside my room door, even though I told them I didn't need service. They lingered for a long time, and eventually, the restroom had a foul odor.

Staff super friendly and helpful. The hotel facade and dining room are simply fantastic - very esthethics hand painting all over, so the place is wonderful setting where to take a breakfast. You feel the care in the details - be the breakfast or be the decoration all over the hotel and the room. Simply enjoyable and really looking forward to come back!!!

Room on the street so cars/truck noise in the morning. Street bar open to 1 am - noisy at night on the weekend.

The owners or recepcionist were very nice and welcoming, they even gave treats to our dogs, even thought we cane very late to the hotel. The room was very spacious, quite, comfortable and clean. We will repeat for sure!

Im a bit sensitive with light so it would have been nice with thicker courtains. Else everything was perfect
