Quiet room

I presented myself for check-in at 14:50 pm and was asked to wait and sit down until 15:00 for the check-in to open. Whilst waiting, a group of 10 people came in making me the 11th in the queue. At 15:20, I received a room key, but the room I was given was very cold. Even with the heating on at full speed for 15mins, it was not warming up at all. I went down to the reception, queued for another 20mins. Fortunately, I was given a key for a more comfortable at 16hr00, one hour later than check-in time.

We stayed just one night and needed to be close to the train station. Therefor the hotel was good value for money. Cheaper then most hotels in Hannover, 2 min walking from train station and still easy walking distance to downtown, friendly stuff. . Nothing special at all. Clean room, good windows to keep the street noises away from disturbing your sleep. For a short stay ok. We didnt had the breakfast so no rating on that.

- wonderful view of the train station - clean - good breakfast, they even had hummus (never seen that at other Ibis hotels I visited) - short walks to the main station for trams and trains - supermarket inside the train station is close and open on Sundays

- they could add one or two hooks by the sink/shower for a towel or toiletry bag

flexibility in arrival time, close to Hannover Hbf, yet safe surrounding, very attentive/nice and reliable staff, functional rooms very good for work travellers. There are some stressful working periods where I am truly glad that I can rely on these advantages of this hotel.

Of course, it would be cool, if Covid-19 self-testing under supervision would also be possible, but I understand, that both houses have many rooms and can at some times of the day not offer this option. (waiting for 2nd vaccination)

Great location, comfortable, good value for money and for staying a couple of nights. Vendor machines in case you're starving at midnight, when everything is closed.

No explanation that the hotel reception is not at the Ibis, but at Novotel, next door. There was a sign in german -which I unfortunately don't speak-, I got lucky because someone else arrived at the same time and translated for me.

I came to Hannover by Flixbus and hotel was just few steps from bus station. Beds are comfortable, room was superclean, staff was welcoming, central train station was few minutes walk from hotel. I suggest you to stay here next time.

Power socket next to bed would be perfect

Enjoyed a good one night stay at this hotel. Although budget, my room was extremely clean and had all the comfort I needed. Shower was excellent, bed was super comfortable, check in check out super fast, internet connection excellent. It is also very close to main station, just a couple minutes walk.

It is what is, meaning, the essentials, clean, good wifi, decent cold breakfast buffet, but for the money spend on the room; it is value for money. Location across from the HBF/ Central Station. Recommendable for one or two nights.

Room is basic as expected

- cleaning staff was very noisy in the early morning - people were shouting/yelling in the interior courtyard between Novotel and Ibis and no staff intervened to stop the noise. - there are no electricity plugs at less than 2 mtr from the bed.

The location is 3 minutes walk from the train station. It was convenient to arrive late in the evening and check in. The room is comfortable, not small. Check-in is made at a neighboring hotel of the same hotel chain. I didn't know that, and was a little confused.
