I found the staff very friendly and the room was very cosy and warm. The breakfast was a typical buffet of the black forest. The dinner menu was excellent
The food was rather overpriced for a hiker such as myself, the accommodation overall was a little on the pricy side too but would be great for a couples retreat.

Great hotel just outside Triberg, great for Tourers, B500 Black Forest road. Staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend Dinner and Breakfast, excellent quality. This hotel is a favourite with our group, our first visit was in 2014.

The facilities are nice. The dinner in the garden was great.
The hotel doesn't have airco, which resulted in a warm room at night. We opened the windows, but that was noisy cause of a main road close to the hotel.

Extremely big and clean room with nice beds and bathroom. Friendly staff.
Bit disappointing location at a noisy road (if you want to sleep with open windows). And a bit of a industrial environment (car dealer etc.). Hausach is also not very attractive, Haslach and Wolfach are much nicer.
