room is very very clean and well decorated. bathroom is very very clean. beds are big enough and comfortable. Just location is a bit farm from the old city. for sure, recommended, next time for my family trip.

Location is a bit farm from the city but by car is OK, it is also near to public transport station. Street parking, for free, but it is much better to have private car parks. nothing else. Thank you booking.

There was much space, the space ist clear with a lot of light. There is everything you need in the kitchen except tea and coffee (could take in in the reception).

There were 3 silverfishes in my room during the stay. Not sure if it's a hotel problem, but I was very very shocked and afraid. I could put one of them under the cup with a paper note "Please help", but they didn't even touch it when cleaning. I had to go to the receptionist to ask for help and it was not pleasant. Also the curtains were thin and not blackout, but I liked it because I'm afraid of darkness 😁

The hotel was located in a light industrial/commercial area, next to car dealerships and small industrial sales businesses, which seemed a little odd on arrival, but the area was very quiet overnight, so overall a good night's sleep. Once inside the hotel, the corridors were clean and the room was spacious with a good level of kitchen equipment for basic catering. Air conditioning was very welcome. Shower room was a good size.

Hotel entrance was not very obvious and would have been difficult to see if we had arrived in the dark. When making the booking we had requested a car parking space, which was confirmed by the hotel on the booking confirmation. We therefore assumed that this was the hotel's own car park on their land, but was in fact parking on the public streets on a wide pavement, approximately 100m away.

Nice view from the balcony. There was complete cleanliness in all the rooms including kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchenware to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The bathroom had a hairdryer and shower gel. The kitchen also had an air conditioner, which did a great job of maintaining a comfortable sleeping temperature during hot weather.

The only thing that I didn't like was the poor sound insulation between my room and my neighbor. I could hear every little noise from my neighbor's room, from brushing their teeth to having conversations and cooking. This was due to the fact that there was a door inside my bedroom that connected to the neighboring room. Although it was locked, I could still hear everything happening on the other side. The good thing was that my neighbor wasn't very noisy, which was a relief.

It is wheelchair friendly though you need an assistant with you. The bed that is big size (for two people) is a bit high. The chair in the shower is not connected to the wall so it's not easy to keep balance on it. The bathroom and room are good even if you come with electric wheelchair. In our room there was electric cattle and pan with saucepan and fridge and microwave. The microwave is positioned higher, not reachable for an wheelchair user. Otherwise perfect 😊 We arrived in the night hours and they were so nice to leave the key for us in the keybox outside and gave us the code on messenger one day before. For such situations write them an email and keep your phone charged on the way. The keybox is a bit high for a wheelchair user but fine if you have assistant with you.

The BED was the best thing of this room. Insanely comfortable!! I was doing a road trip with my friends, so even if this hotel was not in the center center of Heidelberg, it was perfect since we could easily park our car close to the hotel, it's just 10 minutes drive to the city center, staff was very nice and the room was very clean, quite and comfortable. Everything we needed after many hours of drive! Ps We went to eat to the asian restaurant at the end of the road, we really liked that too :D

Tbh we liked everything!

Very modern, clean and new. Elevator. Parking. Fantastic hot water. Nice bathroom. For $62 this was great. Close to public transport. We had a car and parked into town at P12. But use the public transport, it is cheaper. For 2-3 night this is great. It has everything one needs. After all if you are in Heidelberg as a tourist you are in the city all day. The hotel is away from town, keep in mind. But does not matter, you have public transport. We will be back.

Best place to stay if you have a car. Hotel is at end of town midst of business area with pizzeria & turkish supermarket in ground floor of same building & subway next door. Parking garage is reserved for long term stay only but easy to find spots in street in evening or weekend as business close down. There is kaufland(supermarket) + a mall with cafe/takeaway places within 300m. Room was spacious with super comfy bed, sofa, wall mounted lcd tv, spacious bathroom, mini kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave + kitchen utensils (plates, pan ) + cutleries. Staff were super nice, helped me with scanning documents when requested.

The facilities at the apartment exceeded my expectation. Excellent price-performance ratio. Decent sized apartment with all basic amenities, including a mini kitchen, TV, good wifi etc. Friendly staff.

The apartment is a little far from the city. But not very bad, since there is a frequent Tram connection to the city every 10-20 minutes. The nearest tram station is approx. 700-800m away from the property.

Very modern, elevator, great bathrooms, big rooms. We stayed in a room with a terrace, wonderful. Clean and new, fridge, coffee maker, everything one needs. Very comfy beds, large towels, plenty of hot water. We had a car, so parked downtown, but there is public transport nearby the hotel. Grocery store in the same building. Big balcony, big room. We booked twice actually and stayed 2 nights.
