It is a budget hotel not far away from the Heidelberg main station and relatively easily accessible from the city centre. My small single room was quite comfortable and well-lit and had everything I needed. The breakfast was fine and the staff quite nice.

The hotel is currently not very easily accessible due to road repairs. My room was on the 5th floor, while the elevator only reached the 4th floor, and, still worse, only 3rd floor on the way down since the button on the 4th floor was out of order. The air-conditioning in the room blew cold wind into my head and could not be turned off or reset.

The room was clean, and the bed was really comfortable! the noises of the trains are not that bad, it wasn’t that loud as mentioned in the other reviews. Personally, it didn’t bother me. The hotel was clean and nice!

the location is a bit problematic, it’s close to the train station which is great, but it was so far from the old city and everything else! we had to walk for about 20 mins to get there. it would be nice to have a mini fridge and a coffee machine in the rooms! the fridge is really necessary!

My room was large (a double? though I didn't request or pay for one) and comfortable. Staff were generally helpful--afternoon receptionist allowed me to bring bike into basement after i tried the Bikebox outside and found the lock didn't work.

Showerhead would not stay mounted so i had to shower and wash hair with one hand. Bikebox was not a good idea even if lock had worked--too flimsy, especially in a place like Heidelberg. Also just FYI: elevator is small and unable to take a full sized bike (I have a folder)

The staff were polite, and helpful and allowed us to check in slightly earlier. We requested a fridge and a fan and this was given to us as promised. I have stayed at many hotels and not many hotels give you a fridge. The fridge and fan were excellent during very warm conditions and there were cold drinks at the reception area which were cheaper than most shops. The room was big and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The toilet was spotless and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful with warm fresh bread and meats and cheese. There were pastries, fruit, yogurts, and cereals with various juices and tea or coffee. The dining room staff were excellent and kept everything fresh and replenished. WIFI was very strong and fast. We would stay here again due to the location, friendly staff and excellent facilities. Excellent value and I would like to thank the staff for a pleasant stay.

It would be unfair to the hotel to criticize as I do not have any complaints.

The hotel was easy to find and there is free street parking. The tram stop to get to the city is very close. (We even walked back along the river on footpaths on the other side from the old city, good views, but it is quite a long way) Breakfast is fine. There is a lift which is good when you are on the fourth floor!

The rooms on the railway side are a little noisy if you need to have the window open.

I spent 3 days in the hotel in a single room. I choose this hotel due to the free parking option. With car, it is a good choice for sure, I parked on the street, no issue with that. The room is a basic one. I spent one day working in the hotel, it was very quiet. Wifi worked well. During the evening you can hear the neighbors, but I had no big issue with them. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is basic, but you can find all types of food for the morning, they even let you eat in the room due to corona. The bus 33 can take you to the other side of the center and walking back takes approx 1 hour. The area was safe. The staff was nice.

In beg of the March the room was okay, but as it is on the roof area, it should be really hot during the summer. Check the air-condition options. I had a lot of luggage so it was not so comfortable to walk 1 floor up from the elevator. The drape was not so strong, so in the morning it was more light than I am used to. Only fast food restaurants are available around the hotel.

Friendly staff. I noted that some reviews mentioned unfriendly receptionists but that was not my experience. The staff were all very nice. Good breakfast.

Not meant as a dislike, more of a tip for others. If you are on the top floor - 5th floor - you really hear the rain hitting off the windows in the room which are slanted and not vertical. So ask for non top floor room.

The hotel is located within a 10-15 minute walk from the main train station. The reception staff was very helpful and arranged some additional room equipment that we requested (kettle and a small fridge). The cleaning staff kept the room fresh and neat while we were out. Overall everything was adequate to the price

A bit far from the old town, but you can't have everything :)

We stayed in the hotel for two days on holidays. It was very comfortable and pleasant stay which exceeded our expectations. The Reception was very welcoming and professional-especially thanks to Christian. The room is large,modern, including all you might need for a comfortable stay such as comfy bed, high-power shower, quietness and large panoramic windows It is easy to get to the main station(8minutes walk) and to the city centre

Clean room. You can check-in on your own if you let the stuff know you get late to the hotel. Good breakfast. Good location. Many restaurants and fast food neaby. Close to city center by car. 30 minutes walk to city center. Free parking space on the street.

On one side of the hotel there's the train station. Trains go throught the area every 30 minutes. It can be a little too noisy. Likely the hotel provide ears protectors if you want to use them during the night.
