Cute little hotel, for the price very good. The room was clean and friendly and we even had a balcony. The village center is only a few minutes walking. Breakfast had all the essentials and was good too. We had our dog with us and there is a great little walk directly on the other side of the street.

We almost never found someone in the reception, but it was ok because we didn't need anything. Breakfast tables were limited, so we saw that a family needed to wait because all the tables were occupied. But these are only small things, we would definitly stay here again for this price.

This was a wonderful stay. It was a very cute, clean, well equipped room. It was a short easy walk down the main road from the train station to the cheerfully decorated hotel. Our room had beautiful views of the town, comfortable beds, and a great bathroom. Our two year old loved running around the room and watching the busses and plows out on the main road. The location was great. It is about a 10 minute walk to the train station and you pass several restaurants and cafes along the way. There are also a couple of nearby grocery stores. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Hinterzarten, especially with a family.

The general manager is really nice and the hotel has everything you may need. our room was at the top floor, an apartment as we were 2 adults + 2 kids, and the size of the room was perfect. also the little kitchen had all the you would need. breakfast was included and had a good variety and options. the village and the area is stunning. we stayed for two days and for sure will keep in our memories. the style is typical from the area - Black Forest

Staff friendly and helpful. Nice fairly large comfortable room. Good shower and toilet. Quiet location and other guests. View and veranda overlooking garden. Very good well stocked breakfast buffet. Room tidied and cleaned daily. Bed linen changed every 3 days

Everything. The staff communicated well before and during our stay. Convenient parking on site, also lots of options nearby. Lovely and comfortable room. Great breakfast with plenty of delicious treats. Short walking distance from lovely bars and restaurants.

Breakfast was nice. the Hotel bought gluten free bread for us that was very nice. Parking was free and available most of the time. The location is great.

The mattress need replacement I think. It was a bit inconvenient.

The decoration is a little dated but everything was very spacious and very clean. Super friendly staff and great value for money! Also the breakfast was great and offered options for vegetarians:)

Ambience, staff, and rooms were very well kept. Close to the train station around 700 meters.

For travelers to the Black Forest area , it is located perfectly. First it is right on the highway, and it is easy to get to. Second, the hotel was clean, designed nicely, and the stuff were nice and welcoming.

Great location, short distance to various Black Forest attractions. Hotel is basic but comfortable. Very good and a very generous breakfast. Helpful staff.

Mattresses are a bit over-used. My back ached in the mornings.
