Big clean family room, good showers, extra bed provided for our five year old was all good. The breakfast was also quite good. Convenient location to stay outside low emission zone with parking and easy acces to train and tram.

The only downside was that I thought I had booked a room with air condition but the big family rooms don't have air condition and even though the windows have screens and you can open the door to the balcony the room got very hot during the day and didn't really cool down with an open door in the night so I would rather chose a smaller room with aircon in July at least.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are great. Location of the hotel is great. We booked 2 rooms. The breakfast is good. A continental breakfast is on offer. There are enough options available.

Unfortunately the room my husband and I stayed in had an awful smell coming from the drains (sink) from the bathroom. Initially, we ran the water for a few minutes to help clear any stagnant water. Left the room for a few hours only to come back with the smell worse than before. They couldn’t change our room as they were completely full. They offered a free breakfast for all 5 of us. On the whole, a nice stay and helpful staff.

The one thing I’d like to point out with the room I got (211) was that I didn’t know how to turn off the heat and the lightning could have been just a little bit stronger. It was good the first day and on the second day after the room got cleaned, one lamp stoppes working and the otherone was not giving any good light. But according to me, it’s nothing major and I’d still recommend it.

The apartment was spacious, very comfortable and super clean. The room was quiet and there was a fan provided which was great in the hot weather. Check in after hours was easy via the automated check-in and staff the next morning were lovely. We really enjoyed staying and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Can't fault the apartment, however, we wanted a location that was easy for accessing the town centre, but we found that trains weren't as regular as we were hoping for. If you wan't to park at the hotel, arrive in good time as space got tight.

Great, large apartment, with a huge terrace at the 3rd floor in the building A. Very modern and spacious, super clean. We ordered breakfast the next day and they had a reduction for kids, which was quite nice. Great coffee and plenty of choices for the meal. We arrived late in the night, and we checked-in at the machine outside, the process was quite simple and straightforward, this is a very big plus for the ones travelling and not knowing when they will arrive at the destination. We loved this place!

The food at the hotel was exceptional! From the breakfast to the dinner options, everything was delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable.

It might have just been an issue with our room. The AC seemed to not work the greatest, more like a fan, but the room was still a comfortable temperature. The shower was super nice and spacious, just a little tricky and we had to put towels next to it to keep it from flooding.

We had a great stay. We arrived very late, but were still able to check-in smoothly through the machine. The room we got was nice, had a balcony, electrical blinds and a comfy bed for a good night's sleep and an unexpectedly big fridge. We didn't have ac, but the room had a fan which handled the heat wave pretty good. The staff was friendly, there were lots of free parking spaces even though we arrived at 2 am. It is located in an industrial area, but the train station was a 7 minute walk away and it connected us to everywhere we wanted to go.

The breakfast seemed a bit expensive at 12.50€ p.p., but maybe it was really good, we haven't tried it.

It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were also good. The bathroom was very clean and the shower great. And I think each room has a balcony.

it was very warm when we were there, and although it had a good fan, there was no air conditioning. not really a big deal for one night and one can leave the balcony door open overnight. I didn’t really like the area too much, but it was conveniently situated.

We loved the automatic check-in! Even if you arrive late, there's quite magical machine outside the hotel and in 2 minutes, you're in! Also appreciated the room design and bathroom and the terrace! Room was with the kitchen, so if you bring just a bit of your supplies, you can have delicious breakfast at minumum effort.

the area is just industrial, so noting special there - but this is not hotel's fault.

There were so many pros to our stay here. All of the staff was extremely friendly. The gentleman who checked us in gave us a lot of great information for getting into the heart of the Christmas Markets. He checked on our room early and allowed us to check in early. The location was easy to drive to and the parking was spacious. There was a metro station a short 6 minute walk away that gave us an easy ride directly into the city center. The hotel restaurant had excellent food for dinner at a very fair price. The rooms were large and very clean. The room had mechanical blinds that blocked out all the light from the windows making for a great sleep.

Our only con was that the breakfast was not as great as the dinner. Much smaller selection for a bit more in cost.
