Nice and clean hotel. They have their own parking lot with EV charging. The staff were very nice and polite. The hotel is very close to Kristall Therme. The room is well equipped with kitchenette and very spacious. The breakfast was okay.

The breakfast could be improved a bit with hot egg dishes made on request. The beds were too soft for our liking. The EV chargers are often blocked by cars not charging, and the parking spaces are very narrow, which won’t be a problem if people would care about not blocking even 2 spaces with a not charging car. (Be aware that there is a secondary building, so you not necessarily will be hosted in the main. You have to get the keys from the restaurant in the main building.)

Quite near train station and right in front of the bus stop. Big room with bath tub as well. The restaurant downstairs is also quite nice.

Lighting in the room is not that good, quite dark even if you turn on the lights. Breakfast is also a little bit limited (but their eggs are soft boiled so it's pretty good!)

Great location, very nice breakfast, and I was given a room upgrade, which was very nice of the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

very few staff both for the hotel itself and for the restaurant, therefore everything takes a long time and not higher in service. but overall positive

I felt really comfortable Here. My room was cozy and the breakfast had a lot of food to choose from. I even got a card from the hotel, with which I could use the local bus for free. Great for solo travelers without car! After hiking during the day, I enjoyed delicious dinners in the restaurant every evening. Overall a super nice stay and incredibly good value for money. I will be back soon

It's a beautiful rustic place, with a lot of charme and authentic architecture and decor. Very cosy, great food in the hotel restaurant, superb location. We love it, it was our 2nd stay and definitely not the last one.

The room was a bit little but still you can do the most important activities.

Loved the atmosphere, the decoration everywhere, paintings, sculptures, historical past is being kept, the details in the restaurant, the big iron-glass doors!

We liked it a lot, the accommodation itself, the breakfast...good starting point for all the visits in the region and there is a lot to see. Gas station and supermarket nearby, also the lake and the wellness. Plenty of parking lots.
