We liked particularly the location (pretty close to the Dome and to the center in general) and everyone from the staff was very nice: from the receptionist to the person refilling the breakfast buffet. Our room at the last floor had very good light. For being so close to the center, it was no noisy at all, we could sleep very well.

We picked the room+breakfast combination also because of the high ratings given to the breakfast so far. I have to say, my expectations were now a bit too high. It was okay, not "superb". One thing that could easily improve is the coffee: that was hard to drink.

Good safe parking for motorcycle although charged at 15 Euros per night this seems standard in City, Rooms were nice maybes a little dated but still clean and comfortable, The highlight of the stay however is the Breakfast this is not to be missed !! The choice and lay out is superb the effort on presentation is 5☆☆☆☆☆. Location is good, not a long to walk to get to any of the City's main attractions,

- Close to the train station (10 minute walk). - Food places nearby - Very friendly staff, let us keep the bags there. The receptionist also let us put the hotels number down so we can order delivery since we don’t have a German number. Thank you! Super nice and accommodating!

The room was a little small and crowded but for short term stay it’s perfect. There was a little desk to sit so couldn’t complain. It was a good stay.

The staff was very friendly. When we reached, our invoices, keys, and all other relevant info were kept ready. They were fully prepared to greet us and helped with a quick check-in process. They had complimentary fruits for the guests at the reception itself and when my Mom asked if each person could take more than one orange, they said, "take as many as you want!" :) Sweetest gesture ever, because I love oranges! The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. They also had a standing fan inside the room for the summer - a rare sight to see in European hotels sometimes! This was lovely because it was a hot day indeed! The breakfast selection is great! And they had a great slot-wise booking policy for the breakfast to ensure social distancing and avoid overcrowding the room due to the ongoing pandemic.

To cater to vegetarian or vegan guests (such as my Mom), having a few hot and cooked items on the breakfast menu (apart from the fruits and cereal) would be a great addition to the overall offering. Everything else was great!

Not really negative points but room for improvement: - Bed was not comfortable (too soft for me, maybe good for the others) - Just one time in the morning we smelled cooking coming up from the kitchen to the 4th floor.

An excellent breakfast with a lot of vegetables and fruit options, the presentation of food was amazing, it exceeded our expectations. Clean sheets and towels, very comfortable bed. Good value for the money. They were very kind and offered us a place to store our bicycles.

The furniture is a bit old and used.

The breakfast was incredible. I had the best eggs of my life that morning. They lent me an iron board and iron to prepare my clothes for the wedding I'm attending the next day. They gave me a fast charger to recharge my devices. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Nothing. Everything exceeded my expectations.

It's not a fancy hotel, but it's pretty clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff is very polite. The location is great (10 mins walt to the cathedral - Dom). Overall it's a great place for a couple of nights. :)

The location was great, a bit hard to find if it's your first time in Cologne but once you do the hotel is in a quiet street a short walk from a Ubahn station and shopping center. Fantastic breakfast with everything you could possibly want, fresh fruit, eggs, sausage and bacon, just everything! Well worth it. Complimentary fruit, water and coffee just round out a very pleasent experience. Shower in the bathroom was also great - lots of pressure and two settings!

nice hotel, not expensive, great location

was a bit upset that had an extra bed in my tiny room for single person .. that’s why it was pretty dusty in a corner because there was no space .. for two days it was ok, but for more- I wouldn’t agree to this . and neighbors balconies had flowers and mine not also it’s not important but not nice. and the second day I had neighbors with a kid so I could hear everything in the evening.
