We chose hotel because of its interesting architecture and quirky design. It’s location is good - a short walk to the city centre and lots of restaurants and bars nearby. In the hotel itself the Neni restaurant on the 8th floor offers great views of the city and wonderful, Middle Eastern inspired food. There is also a hearty buffet breakfast on offer. The mini bar in the room has a range of free drinks. Staff in reception were helpful and the room was quiet, bright and clean.

It would have been useful to have storage space ( e.g drawers) as there was only hanging space for clothes. A comfortable chair to sit in would also have improved our stay.

Loved the quirky atmosphere! I had stayed at one of your hotels in Vienna so I knew a little bit what to expect, and I was still impressed on top of that! The room was very large and fun, with details that made it even more interesting - newspaper, bag to use for day trips with the possibility to buy it it you wish, etc. The lobby was also super cool, with unusual hang out places, games, and fun mini-shops scattered all around the front desk area! The restaurant was excellent also, both as far as the food and the ambiance was concerned. The price was very reasonable for being in the center of Cologne, and free underground parking on top of that - almost too good to be true, but it was! :)

There is nothing I didn't like. Very impressed overall.

Quirky design, convenient location a bit away from the main tourist drag. Room was quiet and curtains worked well to block out light. Great choice at breakfast and a great view to accompany. Useful to be able to borrow umbrellas from the hotel.

The bed was quite hard and we read too late you could ask for a mattress topper. Breakfast service was great the first morning. Staff less on the ball on the Monday. Filter coffee ran out and took ages to replenish. Observing other guests we realised there was a coffee machine available but the waiter didn’t tell me this when I asked if coffee was available.

We loved the overall aesthetic and services available at this hotel. The room was well designed and quirky but also very clean and functional. We had a free mini bar which came with a great selection of drinks and snacks. Breakfast was available from the rooftop restaurant which was lovely and the selection of food was excellent. We also had dinner one evening at the bar and it was really good. There is also a super gift shop which we purchased some souvenirs from as we found Cologne to be a little disappointing for shopping.

We really can't fault this hotel, it's made it into our top 3 hotel stays.

It was a lovely hotel with a super fun aesthetic. The monkey bar was buzzing and the breakfast in the morning was very good. Simpel but there was plenty of everything and very jummy. We were able to park in te garage which was nice. We really enjoyed our stay here! We had a great time :) Would definitely stay again!

We came with an electric car and i checked with reception if i was able to charge before hand through email. It was possible but they have only 1 charging point and because they do not keep track on who uses the charging point (you need a tag to use it) i was not able to charge as there was a Tesla connected (unnecessairily) for my full stay. Please keep track of who is using it so you can ask people to unhook their car. I had to completely change my way back because i was leaving with an empty battery.

Room was bright and modern, cool reception area with table tennis, easy to get around Cologne. Mini bar was a nice touch as well as the recommendations for bars and restaurants

Mini bar is included but we had to request several times to have it replenished as it wasn't done with the room clean, then they forgot again. Long queue to get into the rooftop bar was a bit annoying as a hotel guest

Location- next to one of the best streets for food and bars. The staff was lovely and we really enjoyed the free mini-bar and the interior of the room. Also was cool to have a bar on the rooftop!

The breakfast is way too pricey in comparison to what you can get in the neighborhood. Also the coffee in the lobby is overpriced and you can get really great coffee in the nearby cafes. That was the only bummer

Great decor, excellent facilities, has a fun feel to it. The hotel has a unique fit out - different to any other hotel! The top floor bar and restaurant is a great place to relax with excellent views across the city. It's conveniently located to walk around the old city and see the major attractions, and easy walking to the main station.

Nothing with the hotel itself, there are building works in the area, will be fantastic when they are completed.

Lots of facilities at the hotel, great hotel restaurant, room was very spacious and staff were lovely. For all the hotels inclusions, the hotel is priced well.

Property is around a 20 minute walk from the city centre and the main train station in Cologne. This would normally not be an issue, but we were unlucky with weather and it rained a lot which meant the distance was not ideal.

Located very close to the city centre. Excellent, spacious and clean room. The interior (and exterior for that matter) of the hotel is greatly designed. The bar/cafe was also very nice although we visited only for some minutes.

No complains at all - maybe the prices were sort of spicy but one has to admit that we visited during the main carnival season.
