The Location was nice, A 10mins Tramtrain from Cologne City, You'll find the train underground, Just near the Cathedral, Go down steps next to cathedral, Look for 16 Niehl Sebastanstr sign ,There will be a escalator going down to the platform They run every 10 mins, When you head back into Cologne, I got off at Dom/ HBF station ,It gets back to the cathedral, As you leave the station at Niehl Sebastanstr turn right and walk 5 mins.The Hotel is bright, Very clean and lovely staff. And there's a food shop literally next to the Hotel. My room was spacious, Clean and good Internet and Sky TV, The ensuite was fabulous as well..Breakfast was extra which I did not use.When reception closes on your key has a key fob and next to the shop is a adjacent door that can be open with your key fob. Turn right as you leave the Hotel and within 3 - 4 mins walk you'll be next to The River Rhine..

The staff was very kind, letting us keep our bags there for the remaider of the day after checking out and even alerting us to having left something in one of our rooms. Also the sweets were good.

One of the door handles was not affixed correctly, making it more difficult to lock it and unable to close while unlocked. Furthermore, the shared balcony would allow other guests to appear at your balcony door. Even though this wasn't a problem for us because we had both rooms on the shared balcony, this means that the room would be less private if the other room would be occupied by other guests.

The bed was comfy. the room was clean when I checked in, smily staffs!

I wanted to heat up my food but they didn’t offer to help. so basically they just said that no microwave as I was asking for one. I’ve stayed in more than 100 hotels in my life and most of them offer to heat up my food in their kitchens. its not a big deal making food hot!! its called hospitality. Also the daily cleaning service during my stay wasn’t clean. I could still see LOTS my hair on the bathroom floor when i was back from outside in evenings. So my assumption is that they didn’t even swipe.

spacious room, clean bathroom, relatively close to the city center by public transport. We had a fridge, tv and a decent internet connection. we found free parking in the area

neighbors were smoking, we found cigarette butts on our balcony and the smoke was also coming in from one of our neighbors. Beds, while big, were separate in the double rooms and they were too soft to provide some sort of support for the back while sleeping

Location is great, just a few minutes walk from the station and a supermarket downstairs. The rooms are modern and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is big. There was also a mini fridge, very handy.

It was a bit dusty, which set off my allergies. We also had very rude neighbours, they were banging on our walls the entire night, and also in the morning.

Clean and tidy, good metro connection to city center with short walk and overall good value for money. Breakfast was also diverse and well stocked. The staff was polite and always ready to help.

No AC in room with small window for ventilation, but luckily our stay was in winter snd heating was good.

I loved the room, the deco was great, it was cosy, we didn't manage to stay for breakfast but next time I try it. Definitely going to book there again.

Everything was OK, it didn't have a lift but we managed.

Very modern hotel. Recently refurbished and with excellent transport links into town Rooms are well equipped and a good size. Beds were comfortable Reception was friendly and helpful Excellent breakfast

Breakfast was very good, with choice, even if we are not German (some marmelade, honey ect for people who loves sugar breakfast)

May-be the way to get the keys (it's little be complicate on travel to arrived before 6pm). But if I coorelcly understrand it's only because I don't paid in avdance.

The location is good. Easily reached per U Bahn and bus from the main station. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Their is a good choice on the breakfast buffet which is good value for money. All in all a nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again when in Cologne.
