Very good appartements, secure and calme, U-Bahn on the corner and the river Rhein - you can walk along the river to the Cathedral 'Koelner Dom' in 15 minutes (or rent a city bike) elevator always on, automatic doors always in function, we arrived after midnight - in fact - this accomodation has a 24hr reception! we left our luggage at the reception the day of check-out - thanks for that! Nice restaurants and shops nearby at Ebertplatz (400mtr) , Agnes church is on the other corner, Sculpture Park 10 mins walk to north and in front is the Cologne Zoo parc, Claudius Thermal Bath right on the other side of the river

Some forks and knifes in the kitchenette were missing at the beginning, but the people at the reception are very reactive and solved the problem quickly

The Apartments all have different Designs - nice wallpaper and wooden features. Nice kitchenette and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Very friendly man at reception. U can buy wine there. We stayed in a 4-bedroom apartment with 4 women and had a good time. Good Breakfast places are just 10 min away. Public transport 5 min ish. Only 4 min on public transport from HBF.

We were there last weekend with 35 degrees. The rooms were quite warm but it was bearable with the fan on and curtains closed during the day. No air con. No view from the room. No late night bars close by.

The room seems quite new and has a cool decoration, the beds are comfy, the bathroom is large and modern. Check-in was easy - I appreciate the flexibility to check in earlier than 3pm. Easy (cheap) on-street parking was a plus!

The kitchen was lacking some utensils. There were not enough forks, knives and plates (we stayed in a room with 4 beds but there were only enough for 2 or 3 people). Another thing that could be improved is that there was no shelf or rack to put the shampoo and soap on in the shower stall, so it had to stay on the floor during the shower.

The room is unique and clean. The location is close to station and the city. We arrived earlier before check in time and they let us in which was very nice.

After the booking I have received a lot of messages about the accommodation and the rules which the guests have to follow. For the price I guess its a bit stressful to stay here because it is an residential building so you have to mind your surroundings. We also have to clean up the kitchenette after using it.

The location is great, the tram station is a couple minutes walk, you can reach The Cathedral in ~18 minutes just walking. The rooms are big and clean, the beds are ok, the receptionists were awesome, always smiling and trying to help. The kitchenette was usable, although only two small pots, yet enough plates, glasses and cutlery. It works great as an exploring base. We were able to let our luggage for few hours at the reception, in a luggage room, for free, after checking out.

The internet is awful, 3'rd world quality (I may be wrong, 3'rd world might have much better internet connection). Lack of view, all you can see is the office building across the street. There wasn't a coffee machine in the room, as advertised. Absolutely no cleaning during our 4 nights stay, not even the trash picked up, and ok, it wasn't a big deal to carry it out, but no bags were left to exchange the used ones.

The location was very good. It's very close to Rhine and there is a nice walk to the center. The people working at the reception were very helpful and friendly.

The days we were there were very hot. It was a heat wave with temperatures around 40 degrees celsius. There was no air conditioning which made the room rather hot. Not the best place to sleep on a hot day. There was a fan in the room but it didn't help much. On top of that the beds were not that comfortable. But considering the price and the proximity to the center it was something we were willing to put up with. The kitchen was rather small and not very well equipped.

Such friendly front desk employee. He was warm, humorous, and welcoming! The rooms were beautiful and my whole family loved them. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you sooo much!!!

We had difficulty locating the hotel since there was no signage outside of the building except for the little name plate on the directory. It would be helpful in the property description to mention that name plate will be the only signage and to remind guests to look for it.

cozy unique cute flat, had everything for a group traveler. 2 rooms with 3 single beds each, and each bed even had their individual charging outlet and lamp switch. The two rooms were connected with a balcony. The curtains made the room really dark, and was very quiet during our sleep. All of us slept so good! The shower was wonderful. Didn‘t have a ventilation system, but somehow worked out for us. Very very clean. Staffs were friendly. Really nothing to complain about. We couldn‘t believe what we got for the price we paid. We didn‘t have a chance to use the kitchen, but had huge fridge and freezer, and looked well equipped.

The feel and pleasantness of the room was very welcoming. The layout and size worked well. The beds were very adequate. Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom was great size with a walk-in shower. It was quiet and temperate temperature. Pleasant location. Easy short walk to public transport. Nice lifts. Thanks for making the stay great!

A bit difficult to locate as there is no signage at all. Just look for the Mercure Hotel entrance and go to the small tower on its left. The buildings are attached and share the same parking lot. I could complain about no coffee in the room but I won’t. Could use double sinks in the bathroom especially in a room with 6 beds.

A very comforable, spacious and well-equipped aparthotel room, located in the St Agnes quarter, 15 minutes walk from the centre. Check in was quick and easy, reception staff were helpful and the room was very clean. Wifi was ok but there was Netflix availble on the SmartTV which worked really well. The area is very quiet and pleasant only a few minutes walk form the Rhine path. There are plenty of cafes, shops and bards within 5-10 minutes. Recommended.
