Amazing location, right across from the old medieval area of Leipzig. Nice room with modern, industrial style furnishings. Friendly staff.

No parking, although I think it was advertised as having parking. You need to park on the street or at one of the paid local public garages. The elevators are a bit weird. There's only one button and it's for going down. But rooms are on floors 3-6 and front desk is on the 6th floor so when checking out you need to ride the elevator down then back up, or take the stairs. I took the stairs and saw many others doing the same.

Staff was really pleasant and the rooms were set up well.

Check in was very hard. The building is not well marked and there is no sign in English saying reception is on the 6th floor. We tried to do an online check in as they had requested, but some snafu between Booking.com and the hotel website caused one of our reservations to be cancelled. They found us a room, but it was stressful. In all, we spent about an hour on the online check in procedures that didn't work, then spent about 30 minutes looking for the building and reception, then spent an hour at the reception, first in line for a long time, then waiting while they tried to get us a room that had gotten cancelled by the system. The staff did everything they could to rectify the problem quickly. Management does need to provide better signage on the building.

The biggest highlight is the location. It's even better if you plan to attend a concert, but it's also excellent for getting to know the city. The room is very good, especially for longer stays and for those staying alone. It's a good size, comfortable bed and great bathroom, with large space and good shower. The convenience for longer stays is the fact that there is a small but well-equipped kitchen. The breakfast is very complete.

The hotel (the facade) is not well signposted and, as there is no reception at street level, it takes a while for you to realize that the hotel is right there. It's a poorly maintained entrance, it was dirty when we visited. It gives a slight feeling of insecurity because it's just an empty room with the elevators. I also didn't like the fact that the bed was against the wall, so I highlighted that the room is better for those traveling alone.

Apartment hotel, nice location. We are a family of 5 and stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 5 days. The room was very conveniently set up, kitchen was great and had everything we needed. It was a little bit confusing where the entrance a parking was, but we figured it pretty quickly. There is a nice grocery store and bakery on the ground floor. There is a a bar, restaurant and breakfast cafe in a hotel. The food was okay. Mind that there was no daily cleaning, I think it was like every other day or so. Other than that all was great! View from the bar is amazing! Very close to Leipzig Opera House, University, TV Tower and Old Town.

The location was perfect. It was a short walk to the city centre with easy access to public transportation. Many of the main local attractions are nearby which is fantastic. The room was clean, comfortable and well presented.

We arrived too early for check-in, while the person at reception did take our bags, this was after we asked. There was no offer to provide us with a map, advice for where we could wait, nothing. In fact, we were definitely given the impression that our early arrival was just a nuisance. In saying that, the next staff member we spoke to was far more helpful and approachable.

Good location and reasonably spacious studio. Free drinks and capsules are provided.

Air quality is not ideal within the room. There is supposed to be a locker somewhere but I was unable to find it. Finally not necessarily a con but the building complex is quite huge so may take some while to locate the room from reception. Keep in mind that there are some stairs between different wings of the same floor .

The Hotel is located very centrally, with public transport readily accessible. The Room was spatious and very well equipped. The Bed war very comfortable. All Facilities were very clean and modern.

The Breakfast started pretty late. As I was in town for bussiness appointments, I could not make use of it. This is very sad, as I chose the hotel in part because the breakfast was recommended. The Staff helped me find a bakery close by.

Felix Suiten am Augustusplatz is very well located in the centre of Leipzig, and it's a short walk from the train station (which you could take a tram to as well). The rooms are spacious, modern, and industrial, and they also have a great kitchen setup, should you stay for a while. The beds are very comfortable, and the linen is soft. There were complimentary coffee, teas and drinks in the room. There are automatic shutters for the windows, curtains and air-con for the summer. At check-in, the staff were quick, efficient, and friendly. There was clear communication before check-in as well.

Our room was cold; it started to snow outside when we arrived, so maybe the heating hadn't yet been turned up to balance that out?

Very courteous and professional welcome from the gentleman wearing the bowtie (apologies I did not ask for your name). My room was well equipped and stylishly furnished. Location excellent, with easy access to the train station and the city centre. Nice bar, perfect for a quiet drink during the evenings.

A bit of a labyrinth of corridors on the inside, but not too difficult to navigate as everything is clearly signposted. The bed was a little soft for my taste, but this is of course down to personal preference.

The Felix Suites are in a fabulous location on Augustusplatz, close to the train station, right across from the Opera and Gewandhaus and right next to the Old Town. We had a lovely, cozy apartment with a little kitchenette, large, modern, comfortable washroom and very comfortable bed. It was quiet and we slept beautifully. The staff at the reception and at the bar were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is fabulous! The view of the city from the restaurant bar is impressive!
