The staff at the hotel were fantastic. They strike a perfect balance between being very professional and very friendly. In particular the bar staff were superb. This is our second visit and we would definitely come back again,

Really good hotel but just three things that would make it extra special. On arrival in our junior suite we had some chocolate, popcorn and fruit provided on a tray. it would have been very nice if these were replenished each day. Secondly it would have been good if there had have been a turn down service each evening and a quick refresh of the room which we have grown used to in 5* Hotels. Lastly the heating system in the rooms is via fans which are very noisy. We had to turn these off each night due to the noise which then made the room cold in the morning. I have given a 9 overall but if these small things were addressed it would be a 10.

Very well furnished room, with a lovely bathroom and very comfortable bed. The breakfast room had a very nice atmosphere and the quality of the food was good. The bar area is very nice (although a little cold as the cold air from the main entrance was blowing through every time the doors opened). The staff were very polite, friendly and professional.

The brasserie was closed, as was the gym. It was a shame that not all of the facilities were available, and I feel there should have been a reduction in the price to reflect that not all facilities were available.

We stayed in the sister Hotel in Dresden for 4 days, we were told Leipzig was a better Hotel. It wasn’t better, lovely but lacked a few things to make it 5* the location was excellent, lacked a little warmth but that could be a cultural difference.

The bed pillows were all fluff, so uncomfortable, but replacements were provided when asked. Only one chair in bedroom so difficult for a couple to relax, one had to sit on bed.

Room and bathroom lovely. A decent-sized bathtub for a tall person! Breakfast was superb. Staff so friendly and helpful. Location is excellent.

A British thing I realise, but I had to ask for milk for my tea (in the room)!! There is no pool in the spa!! The first "spa hotel" I've visited, that does not have a pool, even a small one. It is also erroneously listed as having one on some websites.

Great location, good spacious room with a great bath. Reception staff helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was to say the least disappointing. We ended up not getting what was ordered, the buffet was half empty and only when asking were we told that we should request stuff separately. The staff in the breakfast seemed disengaged. When addressing this at check-out we were refunding 50% of the breakfast cost to our satisfaction. No spa treatments besides massage over the weekend.

Hotel room is super clean, very modern, both shower and bathtub was in our room. Breakfast is very good, you have option of both ordering food from the menu and choosing yourself in a form of continental breakfast. There is no other hotel who treated our pet better. There was a huge pillow, bowls, treats, even pillow calming spray.

It is not a minus but would have been great to have swimming pool of any size in spa area.

Great location, really nice hotel

The invoice was overly complicated. Instead of clear line items in english or german, you have things like: Room# 123 : CHECK# 12345 21.50 02.09.23 Non Revenue - Paidouts F&B It's food, sure, but who knows what exactly it was. The whole invoice seems complicated by design :/

Extremely well organized luxury hotel with friendly and helpful staff and great facilities!

3 small points of criticism: - the hot water in the bathroom came out so hot it would burn if you were under the water for more than a second. - the opening hours of the sauna area are such that you can't use it on the day of checkout. - the small croissants at breakfast are of a noticeably worse quality than the regular sized croissants.

The staff were fantastic helpful and friendly and actually made the stay a good one. The breakfast was excellent great choice the pancakes and waffles were particularly tasty. The location could not have been better.

The pillows

Ideally situated, extremely comfortable, exceptional bathroom, everything one would expect in an hotel in this price range. The staff in the bar were outstandingly attentive without being obsequious.

Breakfast was disappointing given how outstanding every else was.
