Room was very clean. Checking in quick. Breakfast was very good. There were choices in bread, cheese, coffee (all excellent), eggs, meat, fruits, yoghurt etc., etc.. Nice restaurant. Friendly personal. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom as well. Size of the table in the room gave room to use it as such. Parking: enough places, safe, and in front of the hotel. And included in the price as well as the breakfast. Public transportation to go into Leipzig a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Take tram 7 and get off at the hbf. Pay in the tram and have cash ready in case cards are not accepted (which happened to us). Tram goes every 10 minutes. Leipzig is worth a visit of a few days. The hotel is close to the highway.

We wanted our room cleaned up even though we only stayed for 2 nights. The used coffee cups and spoons were not changed and the empty bottles of water and used glasses were not removed. Otherwise no complaints.

That was really cozy room in quiet place. The sound isolation was great. There was beautiful modern and new interior. In general, the room was very clean.

There was some issues with door - the lock needed to be repaired; the breakfast was poor - it's would be better to give more dishes to choose from.

H4 Hotel is suitable for living in large-scale conferences and activities. It is also suitable for families to travel by car. Located in the eastern region, away from the city center. The surrounding area is a playground and a large electrical supermarket. The hotel has hundreds of rooms and a large free parking lot. The decoration style is modern and high-end. There is an elevator. The breakfast is very good. The restaurant is large, the front desk service area is large, and the entire hotel is air-conditioned. If you drive to live, it is a comfortable, spacious, clean and beautiful place. The disadvantage is that the network does not give a password, and it is often disconnected. Next time you drive If I pass by here, I will live here again. The city center is very crowded, there are many people, there are many shops and restaurants, and parking is difficult.

Everything was perfect. The Staff was very helpful and the breakfast very tasty. Our room was quite and clean. We got a nice discount to visit the thermal spring near the hotel. Cherry on top, I could charge my E-Auto for free!

The only thing that slightly annoyed us was the motion sensors in the room for the night lights. They are quite bright and could wake someone up. It would be nice if they could be deactivated.

Friendly staff on arrival. Beautiful room. Very comfortable bed. Bar fridge with complimentary water. Lovely bar and restaurant downstairs. Walking distance to a shopping mall which was great. We found a super restaurant too at the mall. We would definitely book again it was fabulous.

The pillows were too soft, no support for my neck, which resulted in a restless night fighting to plump up my pillows.

Breakfast is really good, they provided a really nice infrastructure for our dog (really comfy bed, water bowl, snacks).

The dog rooms are right in front of the elevators, which makes them pretty noisy. Our dog was a bit anxious by people walking and talking in front of our room during the night. We asked the staff to move us, but they said all of their dog rooms are by the elevators. Not a major draw back, but it depends on your dog behavior

We booked this hotel due to a proximity to the highway- it is just off of it. The hotel itself was nice, the staff was friendly and very helpful, the whole place is spotless, comfortable beds and delicious (+ reasonably priced!) food in the restaurant. We travelled with our dog and felt very welcome, she was allowed in the restaurant and was provided with a dog bed, bowls and a snack.

Could not find any vegetables at breakfast :)

The hotel was easy to reach from the highway and was very classy. The room was comfortable and everything was perfect.. until! We turned on the tv.. Really, Germany.. you have to reach the 21th century :') After a long day of travelling you really don't want to watch German or dubbed stuff. We ended up having a miserable half our "watching" CNN (kill me) and then resorted to watchin something relaxing on Netflix on my phone.. Point of consideration maybe.

Add a streaming service.. really that's all it takes to make it a 10.

The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've encountered since Covid: an assortment of items spaced so that minimal crowding ensues, including traditional German items, "American" items, vegetarian items. The room itself, scrupulously clean, had touches I have never seen before: if you step out of bed during the night, a couple recessed lights illuminate the floor just enough to ensure you don't trip. Recessed lights are also part of the room illumination and the closet. Ample parking. Young, committed staff, largely fluent in English, willing to work around guidelines when necessary to keep customers' stress levels lower: e.g. I had a church service in the city to attend, and staff made sure to extend my room time to allow me to return & pack after church. As other reviews mention, a large shopping mall is a block away.

These are NOT dislikes, but observations from a middle-aged American point of view. As others have mentioned, the location is off the beaten path from the city, though very convenient off the Autobahn. Public transport requires walking around the shopping mall, about 3/4 mile, and coming back late from meeting friends was a bit unnerving in the dark passages.

The Hotel is perfect for a stay of 2 nights. Clean, renovated, and is very comfy. Perfect value for money. I had an event at the same Hotel so we hadn't to leave to the city.

The Hotel is quite far from the main city and if you aren't in your car, then is not easy to reach the city. The area around is focused for working so there is nothing touristic to see.
