The booking comes with ***free public transport*** for the duration of your stay! I find this to be awesome, but I wish we would have known this before we arrived, because by that time we have already bought daily tickets. I think it would be worth adding this to the description. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, so I wouldn't recommend it to those visiting Leipzig for the first time, but for our current plans the location was perfect. The hotel room was nice, and equipped with everything to make even a longer stay comfortable (we only stayed for one night), like more than one chairs to sit, and a mini refrigerator/minibar. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The only complaint I have is that the ventillating system in the bathroom is very loud, and once it turns on, it runs on for several minutes even after turning the lights off and leaving the bathroom - it is annoying, and you can't hear the other person talking. It would be good if there was another switch to turn this on and off separately if and when required.

I tried various other hotels which are close to the German National Library, where I usually spend some days each year. Now I am happy to report that I found the perfect place to stay. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and flexible. The room was well-equipped and comfortable. I usually stay away from restaurants inside a hotel, but it was too late and I was too tired and too hungry so I had a dinner at the Amoroso Restaurant. Oh, what a pleasant surprise here as well. The chef has a nice imagination and again the waiters were really kind and professional.

I have to think long and hard. Well, so this won't remain empty: the entrance to the parking garage could be wider :) :)

The location, the beautiful memorial just up the street, a great little bakery round the corner, wonderful architectural detail in the neighbourhood, leafy courtyard, quiet at night, friendly staff.

Noise from generator or other fan-assisted machinery which was unfortunately just outside our room; however, I was relieved and impressed when it was turned off at night, and the room became peaceful as I'd imagined a courtyard room would be.

Tiefe garage is overpricef and the entrance is far too narrow - i drive a RH drive SUV. Being alone, I would normally just step out of my car and walk to collect my ticket but it was impossible to even open my car door at ticket barrier. once inside the garage there is plenty of room but this is the worst entrance i have ever encountered

The hotel was a little bit outdated, but the rooms were very clean and smelled nice, everything was very well maintained. The hotel is on quiet street, so we could sleep with open windows. There is also possibility to park for free on the street during weekends, which was convenient. We also got free tickets for public transport.

We had a great experience of check-in and a very comfortable accommodation in this nice hotel. Staff was kind, helpful and friendly. What we liked most is that the rooms are larger than an average hotel room, having one or two medium-sized table, where you can sit around with other people (up to 3-4). The room was perfectly decorated, clean and spatious! Also, we needed some cuttlery for the breakfast into our rooms and we provided these from the restaurant without any problem. That was very kind of them.

Only negative side was when we check out, they asked for a difference of price of one comfort room, which we never asked for! When we explained the situation, they did not insist anymore, however it was still a bit strange that they asked for this price without my confirmation.

Excellent staff on the reception area, responsible and very helpful. Clean room, comfortable bed. Underground parking is available for 12.50 Eur. Free ticket for public transport was given for the time of staying in the hotel. Good restaurant directly inside the hotel, fish and steak are very tasty.

WI-FI was not working properly. Always take long time to connect (10-15 minutes or even longer), so we have used our mobile internet almost all the time.

We absolutely love this hotel! It's our new favorite home away from home and they have the absolute BEST staff in Leipzig. The front desk staff is super friendly and English-speaking if needed. Claudia and the team in the dining room are world class and incredibly helpful. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean and cozy. We will be back!

Spacious room, comfy beds with and old style shower. Free tram return ticket to old town was very thoughtful. Free Parking outside the hotel was possible owing to weekend. All in all, a good stay at a reasonable orice

A fridge in the room in a four star hotel is a must...

Personnel is very helpfull and positive. Location is a little bit far away from city center. But you can arrive anywhere easily, because of the public transportations stations are around the hotel.

Next time I preffered no smoking room.
