The apartment room was very well equipped, though the sofa can hardly be used for sleeping except for an emergency.

I stayed 10 days, and there was no room cleaning. I was told that apartments were cleaned once a week on Wednesday. When I asked on Wednesday morning (day 6) so I could coordinate with my work, I was told "they'll do their best to come". They didn't. I asked again the next day, and was told "I'll let them know", but understood my chances were slim. Indeed, not one came. I don't believe they were actually ever planning on doing anything based on how they answered and their body language. The room was a bit dusty to start with, with a few small spider webs even. Needless to say it was bad quickly, with dust balls around the bed, and silver bugs.

Helpful and friendly staff, smooth checking in/out procedures and great breakfast selection. Contemporary decor and comfortable furnishings. Comfy bed, cotton bedding and air conditioning so very much appreciated. The courtyard area was a great cool shaded place in a heatwave- very relaxed for a drink. Easy access to city centre via tram or 30 minute walk. Summertime deal made this a really reasonable price.

Room was fairly small but I presume I could have upgraded. Not coffee/tea facilities but that was available in bar/breakfast area.

We arrived late in the evening, but it wasn't a problem thanks to self-check-in, it was also easy to park in underground garage (12 EUR/night). Nice modern, quiet and clean room (quite small, but for 2 nights and with small luggage was enough - if you have a lot of staff, it might be tight), comfortable beds, blackout curtains so room can be dark for sleeping. Good breakfast with fresh bakery, yes, without scrambled eggs, but no problem for us. I appreciate soy milk and I think I have seen also non-gluten bread. Parking during the weekend for free on streets around. Quick and easy check-out.

Receptionist didn't speak very well English. Check-out is till 12PM, but cleaning lady was knocking on the door already around 11:40 although we had "do not disturb" notice on the door handle.

The hotel was perfect. Stylish and creative design, clean room, nice dining area, great location close to the city center, self check-in in the lobby. Temperature inside the building was comfortable despite it was really cold outside.

Receptionists were friendly, but their English was not so good. In some situations it creates inconvenience. We had problem with the car and they had no intention to help with information or call some local repair service. It is not hotel responsibility, but for hospitality business it is common to offer some extra help to provide unforgettable level of service. Anyway we dealt with the problem.

Self-Checkin was okay, room was ready and clean. The cleaning staff knocked at appropriate times to ask if I need something, so all good. There is one chair to sit and the bathroom sink is actually in the bedroom which is okay to use for makeup.

At the Check-in you have to enter your whole information again, which is kinda unnecessary because booking.com should have all information. Also the cleaning staff forgot the towels once. The lighting at the sink is not perfect for makeup but it works.

We had a great stay! The overall design of the hotel was nice and thought through, with an emphasis on being sustainable and environmentally friendly. The automated check-in process was straightforward. We had a few interactions with the staff and they were very friendly. The room was clean and had great climate control. The breakfast was nice.

Cozy, comfy and very nice room, with a unique but good design. Free parking is available on the street next to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and various as well, I needed to print some paper, and the workers were informative, and helped me right away. The tram station is very close to the hotel, you are in the city centre in only a 5 minutes! The online check-in was fast and easy, I would definately recommend this hotel!

Really enjoyed staying here, the room was excellent and modern. Easy to walk into town in 15 minutes. Quiet. I’d happily stay here again.

The staff just sit there and do nothing; if you ask for help checking in they just point at the check-in computers. I get that’s what the computers are for, but a little bit of customer service wouldn’t hurt - especially if you’re sat there bored out of your mind.

Excellent rooms, very confortable. The whole hotel is very quite and relaxing areas are tidy and beautiful. Breakfast is rich and tastes really good. I warmly recomend this structure

If I have to find something didn't really match was the air conditiong system, quite noisy sound.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the curly hair girl nails her job, she can speak both English and German very well and she solved my issues lightning fast. Also, the location of the hotel is convenient. Very close to Bahn and the hotel has a very cozy atmosphere with comfy beds. Also, drinks are not expensive, that is a big plus. :)
