The staff were really approachable and helpful the facilities are clean shower pressure and temperature was fine Location was perfect. Approximately a 2 minute walk from the train station

Nice hotel. Polite staff. Right next to the Xmas markets. A small public car park underneath the hotel. First come first served. About €18 per 24hr. The room was slightly smaller than a travelodge type room, nice shower. It was quiet even though by the centre. We had 2 twins pushed together to make a double, so we had lots of space. You could change the TV in to English on any English programs. I'd stay here again.

Glass door to bathroom, lacked privacy. And there was a hole in the shower door to put your finger through to open and close, but obviously let's a little water through. Quite a small room. And no actual English TV channels, that you didn't have to change. The remote has Netflix but you can't use it.

Location is very good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The shower and toilet in my bathroom were a little uncomfortable to use. The shower water temperature was either extremely hot or extremely cold, very hard to regulate a comfortable temperature. The flush button for my toilet kept getting stuck after every use, so the water would constantly run until I was able to get the button to release. This may just be my specific experience, so don't let it stop you from booking this hotel!

The location is perfect. Many shops and restaurants and sights nearby. Ibis is usually a reliable chain with good rooms and decent prices, and this is no exception. Nothing fancy but good, comfortable room (a bit more comfortable than the Ibis Budget next door), good sound isolation, 24 h reception etc. I was given a room even though I arrived well before offical check-in time.

Just excellent place located in the city center for a great price. The room and the bath have a decent size and the mattress was great. Convenient parking right underneath the hotel for 10 euros a day. Irish pub across the street.

The breakfast coffee could be improved.

The hotel was really near the center and the station. In 5 minutes you reached the restaurants, shops and the great museum of Modern Art. Our room was a bit small but very nice. It was really clean and had good air conditioning. The bathroom had a good shower. Our room was opposite the elevators but we did not hear them. The doors are very massive and the room was very quiet. The staff was very friendly.

You cannot pay the hotel with your maestro card. You need cash or a credit card.

The hotel is just in city center. Typical ibis rooms. Nice modern lobby to seat for coffee.

The girl in reception couldn't explain us how much the parking cost. She told us that we have to pay 2,5€ per hour if we have to leave from the parking before 24h!!! When we ask her what she means, we have to pay 50€ for 20h? She reply "Yes, I can't do anything for that, its public parking" Only when we speak to the manager she told us that is not true. The hotel has a discount in the public parking (10€ per 24h) but its difficult to find a place especially on weekends! There are also other garages in the area for 12€ per 24h. I would like breakfast included in the price.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean location, nice rooms, great central location.

There was no separate blankets on the double bed. The breakfast room was shared with the budget hotel. For a family room, the room could have been smaller. We had booked two family rooms as there was no standard double room available anymore. At the end the second room we got was a standard double room which was fine as it was just two adults staying in there. But the rate was the same as for the family room. That felt a bit strange.

The staff were nice and welcoming, the room was clean, comfortable, and most importantly quiet (very good soundproofing). Parking is available for 10€/day which is a very reasonable price. Great stay!

Breakfast costs an additional 15€, which I think is a little too expensive.

The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the central station, and located very close to the Leipzig old town (Nikolei Kirche and Thomas Kirche within 10 minutes walk). There are plenty of places close by for breakfast and other meals, and the art gallery is next door and highly recommended. It is very easy to get about by foot or public transport
