Everything is more than perfect, we were a group of students coming to visit Leipzig University. The hotel at the heart of the city center. Everything within walking distance. The room is well equipped and has an air conditioning, which was very important as the weather in Germany was very hot. A high end coffee machine with all kind of coffee was available 24/7 at the reception, which is a plus. The receptionists are very friendly and helped the team a lot. We will definitely come back again!

Great location, good breakfast, clean, easy, and helpful staff. My room had a small balcony accessible via comically oversized door.

Double bed was just 2 singles pushed together on their own independent frames, which slide apart at night, leaving a deep crack between the beds. The only window was the giant door to the balcony, so there was no way to open a window to keep cool without opening the entire door, and the curtain could not be moved into place to block light if the door is open. The room was so hot that it was a vital necessity to have fresh air. Shower door had a large gap when closed and the pan had too small of a lip to keep water inside. Anything more than a very short shower led to water flooding the bathroom and trying to get into the main room. Sink is so shallow that you can't even get a cup or a water bottle under the faucet.

Because I am walking on crutches I don’t have my hands free for other things. Therefore I needed help in the breakfast room, which was beautifully provided. Generally all my requests were fulfilled promptly. I felt well looked after. I am 81 years old.

In the bathroom I would have liked to have a shelf for my cosmetics. The small shelf that was provided was occupied by the hotel’s mirror and a box of tissues also provided by the hotel. I saw a silverfish running over the bathroom floor. It would have been nice to have a comfortable chair in the room, in addition to the fancy one, which was not comfortable at all, but looked beautiful in the large room.

The hotel is located very nicely – quite central, but also inside is very calm and quiet. I liked the room's design – minimal, yet very cozy and comfortable. Also, the small details like earplugs, water, and sleeping mask were so nice and thoughtful – this definitely made my stay very enjoyable.

The hotel has a "no smoking" policy. However, at 5:00 in the morning, I was disturbed by people smoking on the roof and loudly talking (I stayed on the 3rd floor in the room with windows facing the roof area). That was very unpleasant and definitely affected my stay. One more thing – it was very very hot in the room, it would be nice to have better ventilation or a fan.

Amazing location - city center. Very pleasant staff members in the reception. The room is beatifully decorated. Really liked art chairs. In the lobby you can drink different types of coffee or hot chocolate.

Just one bad thing was lack of closets in the room, although it was shown in room description.

Wonderful situation in an attractve pre-WW2 street just a couple of minutes fron the old Rathaus, the heart of the old city. There's a superb communal sitting area looking out on handsome buildings and 24/7 free coffee, tea, and hit chocolate.

There's a strong emphasis on style, which includes striking semi-enclosed armchairs that are too big to be comfortable. Almost all surfaces are white, which I hate, but I know I'm in a minority. Even so, it's not a restful colour for a bedroom.

The location is perfect. Within a minute you are in the downtown Leipzig. The staff is friendly and they even provide free coffee!!

Some remarks. - The temporary parking in the front door of the hotel is not an option if you need to off-load your package. But the hotel really can't do anything on this as the street they are located can't have car access.. - Same for the parking, you need to choose where to park. For this, the hotel does provide the recommendation on where to park.

All staff was extremely kind and breakfast was good. Lobby is perfect. 7/24 coffee at the lobby free of charge. Very reliable security. You think that there is noone, but when necessary, they show up without a call and handle the situation very proffessionally.

The never ending noise coming from upstairs periodically which sounds like someone walking with high heels. It's probably something technical but sometimes can bother.

Hotel has the best value for your money in Leipzig. The location is fantastic, you can walk over from the Hauptbahnhof. A lot of restaurants, shops and bars are around. The rooms a rather pretty and I love especially the chair.

Friendly and helpful, upbeat staff. The hotel is in a great location, a tiny walk from Leipzig's main square and within decent walking distance of the train station and several sights. Very clean and well taken care of.

Tiny nitpick: the print that general instructions are on is covered mostly in black, that must cost *a lot* of toner. The view of the rooms on the 'inside' of the building could be at bit more inspiring with a few plants or something the like.
