The staff was very friendly. Gave me suggestions how to go to town, Made sure i could find my room and chatted a bit while waiting for my friends to come down.

The break fast was expensive comprared to other hotels around. I felt i did not get what i paid for. For example, i had to order a second coffee instead of just standing and getting one for my self. Their was no enough variety of choices when compared to other hotels around the area where there is a big choice and the price is around 12€.

A clean and modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Central location for all Leverkusen amenities, including rail links to Cologne. Modern bathroom with great shower and complementary toiletries.

Did not have tea & coffee making facilities in the room, with complementary tea bags and instant coffee, which would have been so beneficial for our week's stay No English speaking TV channels ie. BBC world news, which is normal throughout Europe.

Staff (reception & breakfast) is friendly and efficient. Our first room had a problem but as soon as we told this to the reception staff we were inmediatly offered another room. Really Confortable bed and very good breakfast. Parking available very close to the Hotel. The Hotel in general is really cozy and well decorated.

The hotel is close to the train station. It is located on a one-way street which makes it a quiet neighborhood. The breakfast offered by the hotel is abundant and divers. We had reserved 3 rooms and had asked that they are close to each other, which was also the case.

Am extremely stylish and comfortable room, everything looked new and very clean. Had a great nights sleep here. We chose the location as it was near people we are visiting, didn’t seem to be much of interest in the area. Good secure off-street parking.

The whole hotel is fully renovated; the rooms are extremely clean. Private parking adjacent to the hotel. Staff was helpful upon arrival (helping with luggage, proposing alternative rooms, etc.). Excellent restaurant (spacious, clean, good ingredients) on the premises.

Staff so friendly, room excellent size. Bed was so comfy and black out blinds perfect for a good sleep. Breakfast choice and standard was exceptional.

Extra pillow would've been good.

All was great! Super kind and helpful staff! Nice and comfortable rooms, great design. The breakfast perfect at their restaurant! We ate a dinner also in their restaurant - very tasty steak house! we enjoy our business stay at Nikii! thank you so much!
