Well I like a lot of things in this hotel. First the gentlemen working here are really polite. They are responsive and understanding. Even though I was struggling with my little German language, they easily understood me. Secondly, the place is absolutely quite. No noise at all. Lastly, the hotel is relatively cheap compared to other Hotels, while you are still sleeping comfortably. Good value for my money.

The only thing I didn't like was the way I got lost all the time I want to reach the hotel. It's quite hidden. But perhaps it's because I am new here.

good location, next to the tram stop to the station. we checked in late at night, there is a late check in service. At the entrance, the key was already waiting for us. The room has a sink and soap. everywhere is clean. the shower and toilet are sparkling clean. good place to stay and relax.

I was passing through and was just looking for a cheap bed to sleep in, the room was clean and the sanitary facilities freshly renovated. There are also rooms with private bathrooms, for me the cheap version was sufficient. I can definitely recommend the accommodation!

The only issue for me was the person in the reception didn't speak English. However, she was amazing in trying to communicate with us. So nothing to complain at all

Great value for money. The room was quiet and clean, and the bed comfortable. The lady at the reception was super nice. The reasonable price made this a really convenient stop on our way across Europe.

The sound isolation could be better. Unfortunately, I was able to hear people above using the bathroom.

I loved the design and the very comfortable bed.

Very difficult to find (this is not the fault of the hotel, but the fault of a car showroom that has basically closed the road leading to the hotel in one side) and the hotel was built before the surrounding car showrooms so it is quite hidden away.

Very simple out of hours check-in Room was clean and comfy. Communal facilities were clean and good. Great location for a short sleep en-route to Poland

Not a negative, we checked in late and left early so didn't encounter any staff

Very nice service, they let me check in earlier in the morning. I am very thankful for giving me so much freedom. Very quiet peaceful place.

Everything was clean, just could be more fixed: shower, hair dryer. My bed had a few dusts and hair, but I survived that.
