The location is perfect - for arriving from the train/bus station and for exploring. The hotel was so quiet at night - I never heard a single person or door. Perfect base to go to Lindau as well - which was amazing. Really pleased I stayed in this hotel. Small room (but I was in a single and didn't need more space) but the shower was really great...and big.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. This is really picky but my room had a step outside it and, because my brain isn't used to having a step directly as I step out of a room, I kept falling down it!! Not much they can do about this I guess...unless there could be a slope. But this hotel was perfect for what I needed.

Really kind and approachable staff, 2nd time I've stayed there. Brilliant breakfast! The staff are happy to help with anything requested. Great location, situated on the High Street and youare giving access to the side door for night owls. Taxis are only 2 minutes away. The market square is just around the corner (worth a visit) lots of great cafés and eateries near by. Easy parking a street away (beware, it closed on sundays) overall, brilliant stay. Highly recommend.

The Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and I was able to check in a little earlier than expected. The location was very good and close to the railway and bus stations. The hotel is modern and clean.

I was allocated a single room which was very small, no room for a desk or a separate chair. Therefore, I had to sit on the bed. There was no kettle or fridge in the room. It was noisy as room next to the stairwell so I could hear all comings and goings. Also the room was at the beginning of the corridor so I could hear people passing my room. There was also noise from the car park outside my room.

Excellent hotel very clean and had a comfortable nights stay. We arrived early and the receptionist was kind enough to make us a coffee whilst we rested our feet. Room was ready prompt though so we didn't have to wait too long. Rooms were immaculately clean, small but comfy and with just enough space for our needs. Hotel is in a great location very close to train station and central to all the sights there is also a little bar serving bottled beers and soft drinks so good way to end the evening back home!!

The breakfast is fine but I think some other items would improve it hugely like eggs and bacon sausage...I've stayed in similar small hotels and they breakfast has been a little better that Joesepps...But in saying that its still good

Close to train station where you can get the shuttle bus to airport. Lady at reception in evening was especially helpful and escorted me to the lift where she helped with my luggage and gave a lot of useful advice. Hotel is modern yet has a warm and cozy feeling. Comfy bed. Great shower and very clean.

In the morning, I asked if I could have a complimentary coffee assuming it would be free, but was surprised to be asked for 4 Euros. It's not that much but you can get a premium coffee for that amount elsewhere. Best to let someone know you will be charged.

A modern and quaint hotel with a relatively central location. The property is located around 2 minutes walk from the train station, and around 5 minutes walk from the town square. The room was very clean and everything was provided inside the room. Local breakfast is provided at a small fee. The room was fully air-conditioned, smart TV with plenty of channels, bathroom was spotless and both the room and hotel were very quiet. Nothing to complain about. Highly recommended!

Location, tidiness.

It was confusing in the morning when I left after my stay. I took the second floor lift down which took me to the side entrance. I could not get to reception from there so went out the side entrance. No one seemed to be around so I left the room card key in the box outside. I went back in the main front entrance and told staff there where the key card was and they said OK. Apart from that it was a great stay in a nice hotel.

Although the hotel has no parking itself, there is an arrangement with a nearby (80m?) well-lit public parking garage, which cost only €5 for our stay. Room and bed very comfortable. Up-to-date magazines available for quests. Breakfast was good. Location is great for walking around the charming old town. We stayed 1 night in Memmingen because that's where our flight was leaving from. We had no idea how lovely Memmingen is - it's worth going there just for the weekend. Memmingen Airport is only about 5km (3mls) from the hotel. (Direct flights from Stansted.)

Everything was great! Located just 5 min away from the train station (walking), it’s in the Main Street, so it’s close to all shops and restaurants. There’s a supermarket right opposite the hotel. The town is small, so it doesn’t take too much to walk it around. Everything was super clean. The bed super comfortable, the bathroom lovely and comfortable too, the breakfast super OK. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t regret! ;)

We needed a place for one night near train station as our plane landed late and we wanted to go to Munich early next morning. Had a great stay at Joesepp's. It is couple a minutes away from station, located in the heart of old town. Room was quite spacious, clean, in perfect location. Staff was very friendly. Good breakfast. Definitely would stay there, if we needed for longer period.
