Breakfast was very good. Sauna was excellent. But Eagan stocks out was the helpful and warm attitude of the front of house staff. They were excellent.

I think you should look at improving dinner options for guests who need to eat in - and in being clearer about these options. I arrived early evening, after travelling from New Zealand (32 hours) and when I went to the restaurant for dinner it was full (staff unhelpful) and as I had no car, and was too tired to go out, I had no meal that evening. Not a good start. Perhaps having room service options or Uber Eats would be beneficial. In all other respects the hotel was excellent! Thank you.

Nice hotel. We went for a wedding that was in the stadium, so it was worth staying there. The room was well organised and the style was cool and modern. Comfy beds, nice shower and very spacious. Breakfast was nice and with a lot of variety of food. Staff was very helpful to help us when we arrived, booking a cab to go to the train station, etc. And it was not the case for us, but some of our friends arrived earlier than check-in time and the rooms were already ready and they could enter, which is positive.

TV was smart, but they blocked the access to apps like Netflix, which in my view was negative as there were not many other options for English speakers. Location for us was good, but if you are going for a visit to the main centre of the city, it is a bit far and maybe not the ideal location to stay.

Location is great for any truehead football lover. You can look at great football centre from your hotel window and if you are lucky see Borussia Mönchegladbach teams training. Crab a coffee and enjoy the excellent athletes showing exceptional skills.

It's absolutely great hotel at great location however it is a bit too far from train station and airport. Yet you can't have all those things in one place.

This is a hotel for soccer fans, located right next to the BMG Arena. The hotel is brand new (early 2019) and all rooms are soccer themed. Even the bed linens are with logo of the local team. Nice breakfast, very modern setup even while the basic rooms are a bit tiny. Very helpful staff. Housekeeping was specifically helpful at all times: location is very close to Dutch border for an easy day trip or to go hiking to the Nettetal lake birds habitat, if you are into birds watching

The staff is really great and helpful, specially the people at the reception desk. The hotel is quite, nice and modern. The rooms are quiet to relax. There is a parking area in front of the hotel.

The breakfast is fine but not spectacular. Maybe would be nice if they label the products.

We stayed in a suite which has access to the executive lounge. This was a real plus they have free beer/soft drinks and food throughout the day and is a nice place to relax. The staff were very friendly and happy to help! The room was spacious and comfortable and far exceeded my expectations.

The gym is a separate company on the top floor, in order to use it you have to pay which is no problem but in order to do this you have to do an induction session with a trainer which isn’t so useful if you are only staying for a night or Two.

The room and the hotel was amazing, I couldn't find a single issue with anything here, the breakfast was very nice the room was perfect very modern too, staff were very friendly too, lots going on around the hotel due to the football stadium but absolutely brilliant stay.

perfect location if you want to attend a game of the local Bundesliga team; nice themed rooms, very clean and super comfortable beds

internet speed spotty at times; some staff super attentive such as in the reception but others not at all , especially in the Sports Bar and breakfast place; if you come to visit the city of mönchengladbach this hotel might be too far in the outskirts

Rooms are funky football themed but very well designed with an excellent full window. All smart buttons everywhere etc. Great shower.

Button control is a little confusing if you have a busy schedule and not the time to mess about. Breakfast had a good choice but the bacon was practically inedible and the sausages not the best (to an English taste).

Friendly service on check in, great location, easy to access with research. Shops within walking distance.

Restaurant usually busy, closed early on bank holidays. Otherwise it's great!!
