Dinner was excellent, the waiter was wonderful. Great service. Clean, well-situated room. Hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. Staff at the front desk was friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was not good. The only lady that was working there was unfriendly, and was more into talking with her friends/ family that were there, rather than taking care of guests. The omelet bar looked like it was set up and ready, but when we asked if we could have an omelette made, we were told no. Its too bad that the breakfast experience was not good, as everything else was excellent.

Lovely hotel. I come here each yeah and its quiet and calm. I love the park nearby, the hotelsuites, the staff. Everyone is very nice. Thank you so much for the lovely stay again!

I know the prices are rising, so maybe this is unneccesary to say but the price of the breakfast is pretty high. It looks good though. Don't get me wrong.

We booked last minute due to the unbearable heat (july 2022) and the staff were sweet and accommodating. We got floor 5 which doesn’t seem renovated yet, but still great quality. We didn’t use the pool or other accommodations, but they appear pretty standard. The breakfast: really excellent and variant! Up to date and satisfied both my (American) and my friends (Dutch) expectations. It’s an extra cost but worth it.

Not all rooms have working air conditioning, and our shower didn’t drain very quickly. However if you book on time, and specify what you want, you’ll have no problems. During breakfast there were a couple of wasps inside because the doors were open due to the heat. The hotel just needs more air conditioning.

The rooms are nice (we stayed in one of the suites). The personnel friendly and it was a nice environment for our puppy dog (the park is just 25 meters from the hotel). The breakfast buffet contains all you can ask for.

The price is a bit high, but then again the rest is very positive.

The hotel is well located, not far from several shops area. We had a good time here, because the Spa is nice enough and the rooms are spacious. We managed to find parking in front of the hotel for free,so this is a positive point too.

We found the people working in this hotel not so friendly, and from experience when working in a hotel with public it's important to be more smiley despite being competent. During the breakfast around 10:00 its was quite empty there and customers had to wait and ask for food to be refilled.

Surprisingly good value for money. Fun swimming pool and nice breakfast. Beautiful park right behind the hotel and free parking.

the room was very big, super clean and very comfortable. The Food (lunch) was very good and for breakfast there was gluten free bread (normally you Need to ask specifically for it)

The room was absolutely huge, with a lot of space for this price. The bathroom was spacious as well and really clean. The room was really quiet, I have not heard any disturbing noises from the hotel nor from the street. The staff could speak english really well, so my shortcomings in my german knowledge was not a problem.

The tv could only be seen comfortably from the beds but not from the table far away.
