This is a great location within an easy walk to the trains and two different bus stops. With the windows closed there was no train or traffic noise at all. An added plus was the small grocery store right next door. The kitchenette with a microwave, two-burner stove top, and a small refrigerator/freezer made preparing a meal easy. There was a washer and (surprisingly) a dryer in the basement. The room was super clean, and everything looked new.

The only downside to our stay was the beds. We opted for two twins. The mattresses were foam and had no support at all. The pillows were oddly bumpy and shapeless.

This was my second stay here, and all the reasons for my earlier visit remain valid: good location close to an S-Bahn station, clean and large rooms, good facilities, including a coffee shop on site, though the timings may not suit everyone. A bonus that I discovered this time was a supermarket and post office right across the road. This was very helpful in sending some material back to my office, and avoiding paying for excess luggage to the airline on my return flight. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

This place is not suitable if you expect hotel-like services. Many of the options are self-service, including the coffee dispenser and clothes washer / dryer. However, this should be clear before booking, and it wasn't an issue for me during my stay. For non German speaking guests, the staff mostly speak in German, but it's not a big prolem if you have Google translate!

Location is excellent, the train station is right next to the building, about 20-25 minutes to Marienplatz (city centre). Also the station is in both M/1 zone, so perfect for the IsarCard, as you can take just the M zone ticket. + There is a store right across the street! Also there is a bakery in the same building if you take the corner. We loved the butter pretzel (also the tea and coffee)! Staff listens, we asked them prior to our trip for a room on the back of the building, they complied. Coffee machine, lots of cutlery, plates etc Price is amazing, we went for Oktoberfest and it was extremely good priced, especially given the good location. The TV is more than ok, I had a hdmi cable for my phone and watched whatever we wanted, but it also has the streaming service apps installed. Enough space for clothes in the wardrobe. Everything was clean Getting the keys is extremely easy and you can try to come a bit earlier for the check in (maximum one hour I'd say, only if your flight is planned for earlier)

None of these "bad" points are massive, just some small things to improve, but for this price, it's REALLY good even right now. Maybe leave a bit more toilet paper. The double bed had two mattresses and they tended to slip away and create a gap between, but you just have to push them back! Not a problem when sleeping, only when awake, and NOT something severe (we put a chair on each side of the bed and they stopped sliding)

Nice little room in the apart hotel with kitchenware. Nearby the s-bahn station (2 minutes walking, and then only about 20 minutes from the city-center. Trains are every 10-20 minutes) and also there is a pretty big nature park in a few minutes, so it’s a great spot to take a deep breath and relax if you want to take a rest after Munich discovering

It’s close to railway so it can be a bit noisy if you keep your windows open. Also even though I’ve placed “do not disturb” on the door, the staff knocked in our door to check something. (Not a big issue for us at all, but could be annoying for someone)

New, functional and clean. The junior suite has a good size - 33sqm - for two people. The garage is great. A supermarket opened across the street just recently which makes shopping very easy. The S- Bahn station is just across the road with excellent connection to Pasing and Munich center. The staff are very helpful and very friendly.

The junior suite is a corner apartment facing the streets and getting the street noise from two roads. The windows are soundproof but it does get a bit noisy when the windows are open.

Beautiful studio in a great location :) nice coffeeshop around the corner, quiet neighborhood, 4mins walk to the S-bahn that takes you directly to the center and HBF. The studio had everything, was clean and comfortable. Recommended!

It was quite hot out during our stay, and even our shutters closed against the sun and with the doors open to the terrace at night (when it was much, much cooler) the room would not cool down. Also some noise at night of course because of the trains, but those didn't bother us with earplugs in :)

Check in was fast. It was a clean new building. Heating was very well. Kitchen utencils are enough. Private car parking. Wash machines at the basement. Even our room was facing to railway, we did not hear any noise.

It is quite out of the city, it takes 20 to 40 minutes to get to the center depending on traffic situaiton. When I book the room photos shown to me was belong to a ground floor garden access room but when we get there we were given a 1st. room. I send an email to ask why. The host replied those kind rooms are more expensive, you had booked the room without balcony or garden access. Photos could be decesive, be prepared for that.

- room was clean; - facilities of the room; - self check-in; - good size of the room; - the kitchenette was a plus; - near the train station; - near the bus station; - 2 train stations far away from the Pasing Arcadem shopping center; - good value for the money.

- the beds a bit soft; - the location(need to take S train in order to go to the city center); - sound from the train station during the night. I reccomend to stay in a room with garden view as we did; - no supermarket or restaurant near the hotel.

This property is of very good value: good mattresses, refrigerator, electric range. Very good sound insulation. Parking space in underground garage is available for an affordable daily rate. One can travel to Munich by either public transportation nearby, or by car. The staff is prompt, direct and courteous.

I love tea and miss my tea kettle. Still, I understand this might be done as a safety precaution, and coffee shop is at the corner of the building.

Proximity to train station. Coffee shop in building.

Dishes from kitchen we’re dirty . We had one incident when hotel staff accidently retrieved one of the rooms key from lockbox and when we arrived home Close to midnight it was impossible to enter in the room. When called the administrator offered no solution and took no accountability for the incident and simply said that he can come with the key in the morning at 08:00 AM.
