- Good location, less than 5 min min walk to metro. - Owner us very nice and helpful. Luckily I arrived around 11 am and the room was ready for check-in. They also provided chocolate for new year’s gift. - For 2 bedroom apartment, the room was spacious and equipped with big refrigerator (no freezer), stovetop, microwave. - The heating system worked very well in winter. - Free parking nearby the hotel - Lift is available (easy to transfer our large luggages)

- just small thing, there were no glass for water in the room. Only coffee glasses available. - Sometimes the water heater in the bathroom stopped working.

The hotel is close enough to the train station to be an easy walk even with bags, but far enough not to be loud. We choose this hotel, because of its location: easy to reach the Munich Airport, and also the city center. There is a S- and a U-Bahn station at just 3 Minutes from the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The stuff was super friendly.

Nice room, simple but functional. Definitely looked like the pictures. It’s located just outside the city center of Munich, very easy to get to by car (and free parking!). A nice man did our check-in and immediately gave us a map of the city and told us where to find the highlights and how to get there. The U-bahn is located at like a 100 meters of the property with a direct line to the city center (and all the highlights). Perfect! We’ve enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ludwig very much.

The bathroom seems a little outdated and no breakfast or bar at the property itself (although a very nice bakery is located at the station!!).

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! There is an S line very close to the hotel, which is convinient. The room was very clean and smelled wonderfully

The sink was a bit small, but we managed. Also the location, it is on the last metro stop so you really are at the borders of the city.

We enjoyed our stay! The check-in was very easy (a contactless check-in was possible with code which gave you the key to the room), but receiving the key at the reception was possible as well. The check-out was also easy; we handed the key over at the reception, but they also provide the option to leave the key inside the roomdoor when you leave. This way the check-in and check-out was very flexible. The room was small but clean and cosy; everything you needed was present. I liked the effort they put into the appearance/cosiness of the room; the nicely folded towels with Haribo candy. The beds, sheets and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom had shampoo/washing soap, which is always nice and handy addition. The room had shutters which could be closed, this created a dark room (could be useful for people taking a nap during the day). The contact with the hotel was easy, mainly via the Whatsapp number on the website. They informed us beforehand about the breakfast, we didnt' use the service, but it looked very nice. Good to know that the city center is around 30 min by bike (if you take a Tier), but you could of course go by bus as well. The neighbourhood was very nice and quiet, so if you don't like staying in city centers, this is a great option.

Everthing was very good, we had a nice stay! Only a few remarks: The bathroom was good but could use a tiny makeover (the construction under the sink was a bit loose, as well as the wall outlet that didn't work), but it was mainly just an appearance defect. Also, it seemed like the messages via Booking didn't work as fast as using Whatsapp with the hotel. Everything else was nice!

Good communication, easy to check in late in the evening. Free parking available on the street and in the yard next to the hotel. Room was clean and nice. As the room was facing the street in the lower floors, some sounds could be heard in the mornings, but during the evenings there wasn´t that much traffic. Public transport spots just a few blocks from the hotel, really easy to get to the city center.

Very friendly staff, room was clean and silent. Nearby is MVV station, so you can easily reach any location in the city. Good price-quality value.

Very small parking zone - only for about 6-7 cars. There are streets with free parking spaces in the surroundings, but it is complicated to find a free parking slot in the evenings.

A simple but nice and quiet room in back. Elevator. Nice bathroom with long shelf for toiletries, walk-in shower with a soap basket. Easy parking next to the hotel. Near transportation, restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to Marienplatz via U-bahn.

Spacious and clean rooms, great and helpful service. The hotel is a few meters from the metro, with a line directly to the center, great location. Parking right next to the hotel. Next time we visit Munich, we will definitely come back.

The room was really great for such a low price. The stuff was extremely kind and helpful, informing us about ongoing events in the area and the way to get there. Although the hotel isn't located in the city centre, the connection to the public transportation is good, which makes it easy to travel to different places in Munich (like the city centre, the Olympia park or the Schloss Nymphenburg) in a short amount of time.
