The room was lovely, breakfast was fantastic. Pool facilities and children's play area kept little one happy. Surrounds were perfect for wandering with the pooch. Seemed like plenty of parking available. The hotel was a lot more luxurious than I expected for the price so very good value! Staff were friendly and communication was great with rapid responses to concerns presented prior to arrival.

This is really only a minor complaint but additional charge for the dog was a bit more than I would usually expect. But it seemed like the hotel took extra steps to keep things comfortable for them with towel and bowl provided and even poo bags if you needed them so I can see how the charge is justified.

Staff were amazing, very attentive, friendly, and always smiling Food in the restaurant was superb, waiting staff took their time to translate the menu for us, and did not rush us, the homemade breads and goats cheese mouse were out of this world, great selection for breakfast and the morning staff were again amazing. The hotel is in a great location, nice and secluded

Bed was a little too soft for me, and I kept rolling into the middle of the mattress.

This was the 3rd time to stay here, as usual, the quality of the hotel facilities and the service is of a high standard. The size of the room is superb. We stayed in one of the junior suite which contains a small coffee dinning area in the room. It was helpful if one of us has to work, there is a separate space. All areas were exceptionally clean and feeling covid safe for us.

We only had breakfast once during our 7 nights stay. It was good but comparing to our past experience, this time the choice of food was a bit limited. It would also be better if staff could lead the guests where to sit during the busy time.

Quiet location, delicious breakfast, small but sufficient wellness area, very nice staff, good room size and nice bathroom. The value for money was very good.

The location is quiet and nice but also a bit remote and not so easy to reach with public transport and suitcases. For longer stays the room are not cleaned (daily) anymore. You needed to let them know if you wished daily cleaning. This policy is fine, however, it should be better communicated.

The room was very spacious and clean. A nice working space and enough room for a child to play. The shower was really big. Robes and towels provided for when you use the pool or sauna.

The restaurant was a bit overpriced for the quality and quantity of food received (dinner).

Reception staff very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself, rooms facilities setting is great. Breakfast was splendid. Swimming pool a real plus.

Dinner. Service in the restaurant was poor, it took a long time for the food to arrive. Perhaps they are having staff problems.

Excellent service at the check-in, in the restaurant and very helpful staff. Food in the restaurant super. Fantastic room with a view and the beds comfortable. A place to come back to.

Rooms were on the ground floor, no stairs or elevator. The staff in the restaurant were very helpful dealing with food allergies and still coming up with nice meals. Comfortable atmosphere.

The location perhaps is not the best for short trips

It is a beautiful, modern and very quiet hotel. When you wake up in the morning you can hear the animals on land and otherwise it is wonderfully quiet.
